
Release Obstacles In Your Path To Manifest Your Hopes And Dreams
This guided practice helps you manifest your hopes and dreams, while releasing obstacles in your path. It is a deep relaxation, connection, clearing and releasing meditation that uses visualisation techniques to take you on a profound journey of healing, and refocusing your purpose, wants and desires.

Hi,
I'm Lori and welcome to this guided meditation to help manifest your hopes and dreams,
And rid yourself of any obstacles,
Stressors or negative thoughts impeding your success.
Start off by finding a comfortable location where you will not be disturbed.
Turn off the phone,
Any background noise or music,
And if you are able,
Close the door to the room you are in.
If you are sitting in a chair,
Kick off your shoes and place your feet flat on the floor.
If you are laying on your bed,
Adjust your pillows and covers so that you are comfortable.
In this meditation we will be focusing on creating and bringing to life your hopes and dreams.
We will also be identifying your current challenges and getting assistance from the Universal Life Force to clear your path for ease and success.
We are going to start by focusing on relaxing and clearing your thoughts from your mind.
If you find you are thinking about things you need to do after this meditation,
Give each item a number,
Place it on a leaf and float it down the most beautiful,
Gently flowing stream you can envision.
Know that there is a large pool at the end of the stream where all the leaves will collect.
So for every random thought that arises,
Ask your heart,
Not your brain,
If you need to keep this random thought.
Ask your heart,
Is this important to me?
The heart speaks in very few words due to its limited number of sensory neurites.
Listen for the one to four word answer.
If it's longer than that,
It's coming from your analytical brain.
We want to quiet our mind,
Ask the question and listen to your heart answer.
If you need to keep this random thought,
Give it a number,
Put it on a leaf and float it down the stream you have envisioned.
Let it float down into the pool at the end,
Safely waiting for you there when you are finished with this meditation.
Now close your eyes,
Take a deep long breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and with every exhale relax a little bit more.
Take notice of how the air feels going into your mouth,
Down your throat and into your lungs.
Note how it feels as you exhale.
Just breathe now,
Being aware of your breath.
On your next exhale I want you to release any tension or tightness in your legs and feet,
Inhaling,
Recharging energy,
Exhaling any stress or tension or tightness.
Now turn your attention to your buttocks,
Your hips and your pelvic bone.
Breathe into these areas,
Exhaling tension,
Stress,
Restrain in your muscles,
Any tightness in your tendons or ligaments.
Maintain nice,
Slow,
Deep breaths as you inhale and long exhaustive exhale as you release.
Now focus on relaxing your sacral and your solar plex regions.
Breathe into these areas above and below your belly button.
Release any stress,
Tension,
Any tightness,
Anything that's not serving your greatest good.
Inhale with the intention to release,
To calm and clear your mind and body.
Next let's focus on your back,
From the top of your spine all the way down to your tail bone.
From the top of your spine,
Consciously relaxing the muscles and the tendons,
Letting go of ligaments as you exhale.
Take nice,
Long,
Slow cleansing breaths as you release and relax,
Letting go all along your spine.
Now I want you to drop your shoulders.
On your next exhale,
Simultaneously drop your shoulders and consciously release and let go of any tension or stress that's locked up in your shoulders.
On your next exhale,
Imagine releasing the stress and tension along the tops of both your shoulders.
Imagine the tension and stress melting across your rotator cuffs.
Feel it as it moves down past your biceps and triceps,
Relaxing your forearms and wrists and hands.
With every inhale,
Your body recharges itself.
With every exhale,
Your body releases,
Relaxes and calms itself.
So imagine the stress and strain just melting all the way down from your shoulders and out of your fingertips.
Now turn your attention to your chest area.
We keep a lot of tension and stress in and across our chest area.
Take a deep breath,
Focusing on breathing into your chest and into your heart center.
When you exhale,
Consciously release any negative emotions you're harboring or holding or experiencing.
Negative emotions do not serve your highest and greatest good.
Let them go.
Make room for the positive.
So breathe into your heart center and across your chest.
As you inhale next,
I want you to turn your attention to your throat and your neck.
When you exhale,
Relax your throat and your neck.
Breathe into those areas,
Front and back,
Exhaling any tension or tightness.
Focus on relaxing your throat and neck muscles and tendons with every exhale.
Feel them soften more and more.
Just breathe.
Now move your attention up to your head.
Relax the back of your head,
The top of your head,
Your forehead and around your eyes.
Open your cheeks,
Relax your jaw.
Feel the tension and stress starting to melt off your face with every exhale.
You can wiggle your jaw left and right if you like to release more tension and more stress.
With every exhale,
Let it go,
Let it melt away.
Now slowly take a few big deep breaths,
Releasing any lingering tension or stress,
Any strain or pain or tightness.
Whether it's physical or emotional,
Get your body,
Mind and spirit in one relaxed state,
The most relaxed state you can,
But breathing deeply and releasing more and more with every exhale.
Now imagine you're on a path,
Walking through a beautiful rainforest.
The path has led you to a small clearing in the forest.
You step out and stand in the clearing,
The forest still surrounding you.
Under your feet are soft pine needles,
Pieces of fallen cedar boughs and cushy moss.
The trees are old,
Gigantic and majestic.
They have a powerful healing energy.
The forest floor has ferns and short berry bushes that line the path.
There are birds fluttering around,
Singing and flying through the sky.
There is sunshine beaming through the tree canopy above,
Directly into the clearing.
You can feel the warmth of the sun's rays on your skin heating up your body.
You feel a peace here.
Feel content here.
Feel the loving energy of the world around you.
Just take a deep breath and breathe it all in.
Now imagine an orb of light above your head.
It's an energy orb,
Full of the universal energy in a concentrated form.
This concentrated energy allows us to see all of its colors,
Like little sparkles in a snow globe.
The orb is made up of illuminating white,
Gold and purple light energy molecules dancing around inside the orb.
Curling around in a beautiful,
Loving energy dense,
Encased within a circular energy field that keeps the orb's shape intact.
Now imagine the orb above your head expanding and growing in size.
Let the orb grow large enough that you could comfortably fit inside the orb with room to move.
Once the orb is large enough,
Imagine the orb starting to descend over you,
Encasing your head and your shoulders.
Watch as it slowly descends past your waist and hips,
Past your thighs and knees,
Until it entirely encases you in its healing,
Loving energy and light.
Take a moment to look up at the orb's ceiling,
Look at its walls and the floor.
Breathe in the illuminating white,
Gold and purple energy molecules and light.
Let them fill and swirl through every cell in your body.
Just breathe in.
Now think about all the issues,
The things and people that are creating upset for you right now in your life.
What are your top four obstacles,
Issues or struggles?
What's impeding your ability to reach your goals,
Your hopes and your dreams?
Take a moment and give that some thought.
Then I want you to choose your top four.
Now I want you to look down at your hands.
Imagine a black box appearing in your palms.
Open the box lid,
Place your first obstacle,
Issue or struggle that you're having that you want help with into the box.
Now close the lid tight and place it on the right side of you where you're standing within the orb.
Now look at your palms again and imagine another black box appearing.
Open the lid and place your second obstacle,
Issue or struggle that you want help clearing out of your life.
Put it in the box.
Now close the lid tight and place it on top of the first box on the right side of you within the orb.
Do the same for the third box.
Put your third obstacle,
Issue or struggle inside.
Close the lid.
Stack it on top of the other two on the right side of you.
Now you get one more box.
So for your fourth box,
Imagine it materializing in the palms of your hands.
Open the lid.
Put your last obstacle,
Issue or struggle that you're wanting help to clear out of your life.
Put it in there.
Close the lid and stack it on the other three black boxes on your right.
Now take a nice deep breath inhaling the illuminating white,
Gold and purple light.
Release any emotions that you have when you were thinking about the obstacles,
Issues or struggles.
Anything that's been brought to the surface.
Breathe into any new emotions or thoughts and release them with purpose with every exhale.
Take a moment now to just release and let go of anything that's stirred to the surface.
Now we're going to focus on the hopes and dreams.
Take a few minutes now to think about what the hopes and dreams are you have for your life,
For you personally,
For your family,
For your career,
Maybe for your health,
Maybe your wealth and financial abundance,
Maybe it's about your personal growth.
Take a few moments here now and think about your hopes and dreams.
Now think about your top four hopes and dreams.
Look down at the palm of your hands and imagine a beautiful orb-like container appearing in front of you.
It's very much like the orb you're currently encased in.
The orb is translucent and although it has form,
You can easily place your hopes and dreams within the orb.
So think of your top hope and dream.
Put it in your hand and place it directly into the center of the manifesting,
Healing orb.
Then place the small orb in the palm of your hands to the left side of you.
Now again look at the palms of your hands and imagine a second orb materializing.
Place your second hope and dream into the belly of the orb.
Place the orb on top of the first one on your left side.
Now imagine a third orb materializing in the palms of your hands.
Place your third hope and dream into this orb.
Place the orb on top of the other two on your left side.
Finally imagine your last orb.
Place your fourth hope and dream into this illuminating orb.
Then place the fourth little orb on top of the other three on your left side.
As you look down left and right you can see you have four black boxes on your right side and four illuminating light energy orbs on your left.
We are going to leave the larger orb that we are encased in to do its work on your boxes helping you clear and release the issues and obstacles and struggles and helping you focus align and manifest with your hopes and dreams.
We are going to head up into the cloud layer while it does its work.
So look up to the ceiling of the orb and even though it is form it is energy and we can easily flow through it.
Look down at the floor of the orb.
Imagine the silver cord running down the back of your spine,
Down both the backs of your legs and out your feet.
So as you look at the floor of the orb you can see the silver cord extending out your feet and down directly into mother earth providing the grounding you need.
So with your silver cord firmly grounding you look up to the ceiling of the orb and start ascending.
Feel the sensation of the orb as it passes over your shoulders,
Then your waist,
Then your legs,
Finally your feet until you are above the orb of light looking down.
You can see the orbs energy intensifying around your black and white boxes encasing both stacks separately in like little mini windstorms of energy and love and light and healing.
It is now time for you to go up into the cloud layer.
So with your cord firmly attached rise upward above the clearing in the forest where you are now,
Above the treetops,
Above the mountain tops,
Up into the jet stream.
Keep ascending up into the cloud layer until you are directly above the cloud layer.
Stay here and look around for a bit.
There are fluffy clouds for as far as you can see,
The most brilliant sky with the beaming sun.
Feel the warmth of the sun's rays as they hit and heat up every cell of your body.
In this space directly above the cloud layer you are able to use your silver grounding cord to help you stabilize and float at this level.
Take a deep relaxing breath and just float for a bit,
Getting comfortable and relaxed in this new environment.
Now think about your hopes and dreams.
What were your top four?
Put yourself in a place in time where all your hopes and dreams have come true.
Imagine you are there now,
A present in that moment.
Go through visualizing each one of your hopes and dreams,
Slowly imagining that you have manifested them into your reality.
Just think about that for a moment.
What does it feel like to have achieved your hopes and dreams?
What feelings and emotions are you experiencing?
Is that moment joyful?
Is there peace?
Is it relaxing and recharging?
Is there relief?
Is it healing?
Does it make you feel good inside?
What does it feel like?
What does light feel like?
What does deep meditation feel like?
Now as you connect with those feelings of success and contentment and relief,
I want you to ask yourself,
What is the next step I can take to help manifest my hopes and dreams?
So say it again,
What is the next step I can take to help manifest my hopes and dreams?
Now just breathe and listen for your heart answer.
Ask yourself,
What can I do today,
Right now,
To bring myself one step closer to reaching my hopes and dreams?
What can I do today,
Right now,
To bring myself one step closer to reaching my hopes and dreams?
Take a deep breath and listen to your heart answer.
So any ideas that came to mind,
Visualize placing them in the palm of your hand and then putting them directly into your heart center.
This will help to align decisions you make with your heart's desires and intention.
Now it's time to head back down to the orb below.
Just look down at your feet and notice the silver grounding cord trailing off in the distance towards earth.
Start to follow the cord back down to mother earth,
Going through the fluffy cloud layer beneath your feet,
Descending past the jet stream,
Descending past the mountain tops,
Past the alpine,
Past the tree canopies.
As you descend lower,
Pause and hover over the top of your orb below.
Take note that the black boxes are completely gone.
The illuminating white,
Gold and purple healing energy light has eaten the black boxes up.
The universal life force has agreed to take care of these obstacles,
Issues and struggles for you.
Your only job is to stay out of the way,
Watch for nudges and signs and then act upon that guidance that the universe is giving you every day.
Now turn your attention to the smaller orbs stacked up.
They are still there and have grown in size.
There's still room for you to fit in the orb but it's snug.
Slowly follow your silver cord descending back into the orb of light below.
Notice how the orb feels as it passes over your legs and your waist.
As you descend it passes over your chest,
Shoulders until you are completely encased once again in the illuminating white,
Gold and purple orb of light.
Take a deep breath and breathe in the healing,
Loving energy light.
Now reach down and pick up all four smaller orbs on your left.
As you pick them up they begin to shrink in size.
While in the palms of your hands they shrink right down small enough to fit.
With both hands I want you to visualize placing your illuminated hopes and dreams directly into your heart center,
Leaving both hands resting on your heart center.
Take a deep breath and set the intention that with every decision you make you align your heart and your mind with your hopes and dreams that are currently stored in your heart center.
Take a few deep breaths now and set that intention clearly.
Now it's time to release the orb.
We need to thank it for its healing energy,
Love and light and for taking on the obstacles,
Issues and struggles for you today.
We need to thank it for helping to manifest your hopes and dreams.
Then we have to let it go.
So visualize letting it go,
Rising up above you like a hot air balloon,
Drifting off in the distance and eventually out of sight.
Become aware of your surroundings,
Your back standing in the forest clearing with the sun's warmth beaming down upon you,
Healing and recharging your essence.
Just breathe and soak in all that you have accomplished today.
Now bring your attention back to the present moment.
You have relaxed,
Released,
Obtained assistance from the universe on addressing your obstacles,
Issues and struggles.
You have received assistance and guidance for manifesting and aligning your hopes and dreams with your mind and heart and your higher self.
You have had an extremely productive meditation session today.
Remember as you go on with your day or your week to keep watching for the universe's nudges,
Synergies,
Coincidences and themes of repetivity like hearing a person's name come up in conversation,
Then randomly thinking about that same person and then maybe running into that exact same person.
Nothing happens by accident.
There are no coincidences.
So pay attention to the synergies and your nudges.
Pay attention when the universe sends you directional signs.
Notice that's what it is and act upon it.
If you're not sure that's what it is,
Act upon it anyway because again there are no coincidences.
Everything happens for a reason.
We can learn from every person and every experience in our life if we're open to it.
So be open.

Manifesting energy for creating your hopes and dreams.
Eventually your world will align with your heart and your mind and all your hopes and dreams will come to fruition.
