You are welcome to this meditation with music and the sounds of universe.
This meditation is for you to feel deep inner harmony.
Sit down until you feel perfectly comfortable.
Get an opportunity to be on your own and remember that this is a time out for you.
Your time away from all other responsibilities and daily rush.
Release all your thoughts.
Close your eyes and allow your body to relax gently.
Now with all your attention start the meditation.
Allow your breathing to relax your body and clear your mind.
Accept your thoughts as they are.
Let them go like clouds in the sky drifting past.
Put all your attention into your right foot and stay there.
Now put all your attention into your left foot,
Remain there.
Put all your attention into your right knee and stay there.
Put all your attention into your left knee,
Remain there.
Put all your attention into your right palm,
Stay there.
Put all your attention into your left palm,
Remain there.
Put all your attention into your right elbow,
Remain there.
Put all your attention into your left elbow,
Remain there.
Put all your attention into your chest,
Stay there.
Put all your attention into your head,
Remain there.
Put all your attention into your stomach and remain there.
Now imagine that you are in a beautiful green meadow.
All around you there is green meadow as far as you can see.
You can feel the earth underneath your feet.
There is a blue sky above you.
You are walking on the path.
The grass is touching your feet.
The sun is shining.
You see the blue sky above you.
There is a green meadow all around.
You are a part of the universe.
You find a nice place and lay down in the grass.
With all your body and spirit you feel that energy from the earth fulfills you.
With all your body and spirit you feel that energy from the universe fulfills you.
From blue skies all around.
You are a part of all this.
The sun is shining.
Now you continue to walk through the meadow.
You feel the earth underneath you.
There is a blue sky above you.
There is a green meadow all around.
Sun is shining.
There are beautiful flowers in the meadow.
You follow the path till you reach the cliff.
There is a sea in front of you.
Sea is peaceful and wide.
You make a step and fly.
You are flying in blue sky.
Freedom.
Lightness.
Light blue skies all around you.
Now you are flying slowly back to the cliff till you land in a green meadow.
You can feel the earth underneath your feet.
Sun is shining.
You see the blue sky above you.
There is a green meadow all around.
You are a part of all this.
You are united with the universe.
You are listening to the sounds of nature.
Now slowly create the smile for yourself.
Feel your face is smiling.
Allow yourself to smile.
You are in this smile.
Gently create a smile in your head.
All your head is smiling.
Create a wide smile in your head.
Your face is smiling and your head is smiling.
You are in this smile.
Now slowly create the smile in your chest.
Allow yourself to smile.
Create a wide smile in your chest.
Your face is smiling.
Your head is smiling.
Your chest is smiling.
You are in this smile.
Gently create a smile in your heart.
All your heart is smiling.
Your face is smiling.
Your head is smiling.
Your chest is smiling.
Your heart is smiling.
You are in this smile.
Gently create a smile in your liver.
Allow yourself to smile.
Create the wide smile in your liver.
Your face is smiling.
Your head is smiling.
Your chest is smiling.
Your heart is smiling.
Your liver is smiling.
You are in this smile.
Gently create a smile in your stomach.
All your stomach is smiling.
Create a wide smile in your stomach.
Your face is smiling.
Your head is smiling.
Your chest is smiling.
Your heart is smiling.
Your liver is smiling.
And your stomach is smiling.
You are in this smile.
Slowly with your emotions and senses return to your physical body.
Feel your feet.
You can move and touch them.
Feel your knees.
Legs.
Feel your hips.
Stomach.
Chest.
Move your palms.
Touch your elbows.
Feel your shoulders and neck.
Touch your nose,
Ears,
Mouth.
All your head and hair.
Feel all your body as a whole from feet to your hair.
Now raise your palms upwards.
And quietly within yourself with a feeling of gratitude repeat the words after me.

Thank you God for everything that's going to happen to me in my life.
I will accept everything as my school of living with pleasure and satisfaction.
