Waterfall Chakra Wash II - Long Play

In this powerful cleansing meditation,

You will take a journey of healing emotional stress from your physical,

Emotional,

And spiritual bodies.

We will do this through releasing less than optimal energies that no longer serve you from the past stress,

Suffering,

And trauma that block these wheels of pristine frequency called chakras.

Blocked energies can cause illness,

Unwanted physical ramifications,

And emotional distress.

Envision a wheel of spinning light energy at each chakra point mentioned in the represented color for an optimal visualization.

This will allow the release of energy that no longer serves you and also allow the free flowing optimal energy throughout the system.

We begin by closing the eyes,

Getting comfortable in a seated position,

And start to connect with the breath.

Breathing in through the nose,

Holding for a count of three,

And exhaling through the mouth.

Settling in,

Softening the energy around the body,

And breathing in,

Holding,

And exhaling.

We will move through a guided relaxation exercise by bringing your awareness to each of the body parts that I mentioned and actively releasing any tension or stress in that area.

Even if you are not sure how to do this,

Your intention will allow for the release.

In bringing your breath to its natural state,

Bring your awareness to the top of your head and release any tension in that area.

Intend that area is softening or smoothing out the energy.

Now bring your awareness to the back of the head,

Releasing any tension there while continuing to breathe in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Bringing your awareness to the face and all the tiny facial muscles,

Relaxing and letting go,

Across the brow,

The eyes,

The nose,

Cheeks,

Lips,

And the chin,

Softening and smoothing and letting go.

With the sound of my voice and the sound of the music,

You will go to a deeper level of relaxation.

Any external sounds will not disturb you.

They will seem farther and farther away.

As you move your awareness to the neck and the throat area,

Releasing any residual tension or stress there,

Softening and smoothing and letting go.

Bringing your awareness to the top of the shoulders,

Across the upper back,

Move down the arms to the tips of the fingers,

Releasing tension,

Smoothing out the energy,

And going deeper and deeper into a relaxed state of being.

If a thought comes in,

As they do,

No need to resist it and no need to grab hold.

Anything important you will remember when it is needed.

Just allow the thought to move on by,

Like a slideshow.

Be the observer of the thought.

It is a thought and nothing more.

And coming back to the now and your awareness to the entire back,

Releasing any tension there,

All the muscles in the back,

Letting go of any tension,

Releasing,

Softening.

Move your awareness to the chest and the belly,

Releasing and letting go of any tension there.

And now the hips and the thighs,

Moving down the legs,

The calves,

The shins,

All the way down to the feet,

To the tips of the toes,

Completely surrendering now,

Completely relaxed,

Allowing your spirits some wiggle room,

And bringing your awareness to the breath.

I now invite you to journey with me to a lush tropical garden.

Taking all the sights,

Smells,

Sounds,

This place is otherworldly,

At a higher level of existence where peace,

Love and joy surround you,

And you are perfectly safe to explore.

Look up to see the extensive green canopy of tropical trees and plants.

Listen to the call of the exotic birds and take in the sweet smell from the fragrant flowers and the earth.

Through the foliage you see a waterfall up ahead,

And you make your way there,

Standing tall beside this glorious waterfall.

You already notice that this is a very special waterfall.

It flows with the most spectacular of colors.

It not only flows with the colors of the rainbow,

The colors that you have never seen before.

These are magical healing waters from the higher planes that are infused with energies,

Healing energies,

To clear the static and lower frequencies from your energetic bodies.

As always,

When we do a release of energies meditation,

We transmute,

Change and recycle those energies into the highest frequency of unconditional love and return them back to you.

As energy never ends,

But it can be changed for the better.

To begin,

Please enter the waterfall if you have not done so,

And allow the soft flow of the waters to wash over you with ease and grace.

It is the perfect temperature and velocity for you.

You stand tall,

Open your chest and lift your head slightly to activate the healing waters that are coming forth especially for you.

The top of your head,

Known as your crown,

May begin to tingle as this signals the crown chakra accepting the flow of the healing energies.

The waterfall has turned bright white,

Flowing over the physical body and through the entire chakra system,

The emotional and spiritual bodies as well,

Visualizing the brightest and whitest of lights,

Pure love flowing through your crown chakra and over your bodies.

It is time to release the energies that no longer serve you.

You do not have to name them or focus on them in any way,

Just surrender and let go.

Allow for the healing waters to wash away any energies from the past.

Always keeping the wisdom and the knowledge of every experience with no judgment and letting go of the lower frequencies that hold you back from expressing your fullest expression of self.

The white light energy begins to change to a deep purple.

The healing energies begin to move through your crown chakra as the waterfall changes color to purple and flows through your chakra system and your external body,

Your auric field,

Clearing and healing.

The energies are resting at the top of your head whirling and clearing release all energies that no longer serve you from the crown chakra now.

This is your center of consciousness and transcendence,

The center of spirituality and your connection to Spirit,

God,

Source,

The divine universe,

Your access to peace and enlightenment are connected with the chakra.

Release any frustration,

Any lack of joy,

And any destructive feelings with this clearing.

Allow for the optimal flow of energy and velocity for this energy center.

The crown chakra has been cleared.

The purple is changing to blue,

Indigo blue and the energy has begun to rest and clear the area known as the third eye chakra located at the center of your forehead.

This is your center for intuition and connection to the all knowing.

It assists you with the purification of negative thoughts,

Releases selfish tendencies,

Release any fear of success,

Egotistical tendencies and fear of seeing your full power.

Clearing and healing and releasing all energies that no longer serve you now.

Allow for the optimal flow of energy and velocity of this energy center.

The third eye chakra has been cleared.

The indigo blue energy is changing to light blue and the energy has begun to rest and clear the area known as the throat chakra located at the neck throat area.

The waterfall is changing color from indigo blue to light blue and the waters are flowing over your bodies for healing and clearing.

This is your center for communication and creative expression.

It is where the possibility for change and transformation lies.

Release any anger in this area as this is where it is stored.

If you are feeling timid,

Weak and cannot speak your truth,

Release the block energies that no longer serve you now.

Allowing for the optimal flow of energy and velocity of this energy center and feel the water cleansing and healing your emotional and energetic bodies.

Now the light blue energy is changing to green and resting at the heart area for healing and clearing the less than optimal energies from the heart chakra.

The waters now are flowing green and washing over your physical and emotional bodies.

This chakra is associated with your healing,

Your understanding of spirituality and unity consciousness.

Your mind,

Body,

Spirit connection.

Love and compassion dwell here.

Release any past trauma from love relationship from the chakra,

Keeping the wisdom and knowledge but releasing the suffering and pain.

Allow the flow of pink to come through to move through the higher part of your chest area.

This is associated with self love.

Feel these waters cleansing and healing your emotional and energetic bodies.

Allowing for the optimal flow of energy and velocity of this energy center.

The green energy is now morphing to yellow,

Flowing down and the healing energies are moving through the chakra system and resting under the rib cage for the solar plexus chakra.

Cleansing and healing and releasing energies that no longer serve you as the waterfall flows with brilliant yellow.

This chakra is associated with your personal power,

Transformation.

Remember with change comes transformation.

Release any feelings of lack of confidence or worry or attachment to what other people think.

Feel the water cleansing and healing your emotional and energetic bodies,

Allowing for the optimal flow of energy and velocity for this energy center.

And the yellow energy is changing to orange,

A deep beautiful orange and once again the healing energy coming through the chakra system is now resting at the belly area for clearing and healing and releasing of energies that no longer serve you.

This belly sacral chakra is associated with your pleasure and movement.

The center for how you relate to others.

The emotions associated with your basic needs are stored here.

Sexuality,

Creativity,

Self worth.

Release any feeling like a ticking bomb of explosion energy,

Any obsession relating to sex or lack of energy feelings and lack of zest for life are released with this chakra.

Feel the water cleansing and healing your emotional and energetic bodies and allow the release with ease and appreciation,

Feeling the purification of the chakra.

As the healing energies begin to change to red and move toward the base of the spine and pubic bone,

The waterfall starts to change to deep red as well for the clearing and cleansing of the root chakra.

It is time to release all energies that no longer serve you from the root chakra.

This area is associated with your center for manifestation in the physical world.

Your energy to succeed comes from the root chakra.

This is where your emotions of survival,

Security and safety are held.

Release any feelings of fear,

Anxiety,

Worry,

Insecurity or stress related to basic needs.

And feel the healing energies and water cleansing and healing your physical,

Emotional and energetic bodies,

Allowing the release with ease and appreciation and feeling the purification of this chakra.

As the clearing of the root chakra comes to completion,

The crown chakra is now accepting all the colors associated with all the chakras for one last pass of clearing and cleansing,

Flowing over the body and healing the energies,

Moving through the chakra system as the waterfall changes with all the colors of the chakra system.

And now release,

Release and release.

You are now clear as the water runs clear,

And you are ready to begin your day or enter day,

Knowing you are mindfully and deliberately creating your life.

As you slowly and gently begin to come back to this space in time,

I invite you to integrate back to the physical body,

Taking a nice deep breath,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes and giving a nice stretch before you open your eyes.
