Go ahead and find a comfortable seat.
You could be sitting in cross-legged position in a chair or lying down.
It's important for you to be as comfortable as possible.
During this gong sound bath,
We're going to be exploring dissonance.
So let's set the intention to be present in the feelings of dissonance.
You may ask yourself,
What is dissonance?
This can be described or explained as something not feeling right,
Or there being no resolve to an issue or a problem that you may be experiencing.
Sometimes we experience dissonance at work or at home or in our family life.
But we all know that during the storm,
The most calming and peaceful part is after the storm.
So through the chaos and sounds of the gong,
Just know that there'll be an emotional clearing of your entire nervous system.
Re-energizing and motivating you to accomplish everything that you need to get done.
Remember to be present with your breath.
As you lie here,
You can even have a hand on your belly,
Using that as an anchor for anything that may come up.
And the gong is known for bringing up emotions that maybe we didn't even know were there.
So at any point during this gong meditation,
You experience something slightly uneasy.
Just know that the sound is doing the work and the healing has begun.
Begin to deepen your breath.
At the end of the gong bath,
There'll be a few moments of silence,
And then you will hear my voice gently guiding you back out.
So until then,
Get comfortable and enjoy this gong bath that was designed to completely cleanse your nervous system.
You you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you Bringing your awareness back to the room,
Noticing any shifts that may have happened through the awareness of your breath or from the power of the sound.
Feel free to stay here and meditation for a moment longer.
And if you choose to carry on with your day,
Take this peace and relaxation with you for the rest of the day.
Thank you.
