So for Shavasana make sure you're warm,

Maybe bringing a blanket or a cushion underneath your knees.

Cover yourself up with a blanket.

So we're gonna come into a long Shavasana and I invite you just to relax and let the music wash over you.

And I'll let you know when it's time to wake up again.

Do it.

And start taking a deeper breath now.

Slowly coming back.

And start bringing some small movements into your fingers and toes.

Maybe rolling the head from side to side if that feels good.

Stretching your arms out over your head if you've got space there.

Touching the whole body from the fingertips to the toes and you can open your mouth on the exhale.

Maybe there's a yawn or sigh.

When you're ready you can bend your knees and roll over to one side.

Just stay there for a moment.

Bring your knees closer to the chest.

When you feel ready you can slowly come back up to a comfortable seat.

Coming to an easy cross-legged position.

You can keep your eyes closed if you like.

Resting palms on your knees.

Feeling your breath coming in and out through your nostrils.

Taking your palms on top of your heart center.

So just one palm on top of the other.

Noticing your heartbeat.

Bringing your palms together to touch into a prayer position when you're ready.

Bowing your forehead towards your fingertips and slowly opening the eyes again if you have your eyes still closed.

Lifting your head up.

Thank you so much for coming to our session today.

Namaste.

Especially all the people who have never been before.

Thank you so much online and in the room.

Thank you.
