Welcome to this guided crystal meditation,
Called Crystal in My Hand with Angelic Support.
Let's begin to get ready,
With one chosen crystal and size,
And feel free to repeat the same,
Other individual crystals.
Let's do this seated,
Or in fact standing.
Standing giving good access to all the body.
Or even have a go at both styles.
Is your crystal nice and clean,
No dust.
Hands washed,
Letting go of everything else.
Remember only you know how you feel,
And your crystal will pick up on your vibration.
Sometimes it's for energy levels,
Or parts of the body speak to us for attention,
Needing a crystal boost.
So simply working on a mental,
On a emotional and on a physical level.
Now here are some suggestions and my encouragement to love doing crystal work.
The purple amethyst for healing,
Repairing.
The rose quartz,
Getting back to love and kindness.
The citron for happy,
Happy vibrations.
And the clear quartz for clearing and energising,
Even letting the mind enter a deep meditation.
Here is also some suggestions and guidance.
Feel and connect to a freedom flow of gestures,
Moving with that crystal.
Be adventurous like a child who would really get stuck in.
For this crystal now is guided by the hand,
And the crystal also guides the hand itself.
Working on yourself a wonderful tonic,
Like freshening up with a bar of soap in your hand,
But energetically cleansing your invisible energies.
Doing hand crystal circle movements in areas such as the head,
Getting rid of tension here.
Rub it onto you like a bar of soap,
Cleansing that precious aura where toxins build up on the outside of the body.
Wiping down the body like removing a layer of dust,
Low vibrations.
So that's crystal dusting,
Crystal my bar of soap,
Crystal circle movements,
Crystal held to my face to soothe my mind,
And arm's length,
Working on the layers of the aura.
So let's begin,
Nice deep breath.
Opening up to guidance.

Holding the crystal in your right hand.
Placing the left hand on top,
Getting ready to bless this crystal.
You have a friend,
A working friend in your hand,
Saying thank you for entering my life,
Thinking when you got it,
