Welcome to this guided meditation called I Invest in Me.
Let's begin.
Please sit comfortably,
Take any position in the chair you wish.
Give one hand softly to rest on your forehead and say to yourself,
I shall focus for the next 10 minutes and invest in me.
Relax your hands now,
Closing one eye just because you can.
Hold the breath still please for 7 seconds now.
Feel that breath,
Long and smooth.
Then close the next eye,
Thank you.
Using your imagination,
The mind,
Imagine now the beginning of a thunderstorm,
One big sky full of black clouds that seem to throw heavy,
Heavy rain.
A powerful big thunderstorm and you are sat in the middle of this storm.
Normally you wouldn't want to be here,
Yet thunder and lightning is happening all around you.
Sky angry rain drenches you,
Flashes of lightning,
White bolts of electricity.
All you can do is identify this is a real thunderstorm and you identify it is you right here.
You begin to realize only your true self can stay right here.
Intend this storm to dramatically cleanse all your energies.
Everything that belongs only to stagnation and has been draining you runs away in complete fear of this big thunderstorm.
Because only love will stay with you throughout this storm.
The louder the thunder,
The more you empty and clear your lowest of energies.
As you connect right to the centre of your heart,
Listening to your heart beating perfectly 100%.
Here you feel the emotion of your unbreakable love vibration.
The thunderstorm disappears as you rest snugly into your heart centre.
You really feel it's life off and life for everything that has touched your heart for the highest of good lives here.
Nothing else can.
You begin to rewire,
Rewire yourself back to the heart.
From the vibration of your heart centre,
Every part of the body,
The head,
Fix back into position,
All leading to your heart centre.
This itself feels electrifying.
As you in a way become now the powerful thunderstorm.
You feel loud and powerful.
A strength of love it's electric current runs all over the body and the head.
Electrifying good.
Crazy good.
It's a feeling one feels when something amazing has just happened to you.
Feeling so lightning light that the feet hardly touch the floor.
Jumping through the air,
The ground like a thunderstorm.
The heart telling you it's okay to feel great no matter what and choose to bond to honour your heart centre and live on it's high vibration.
Electrifying connection.
Because life looks and life feels better held in the arms of your heart.
You are connected.
In a way everything I have someone else has produced and made for me.
This is my abundant heart.
High energy vibration.
Because I am now connected I am rewired back to my heart centre.
Feeling full of thunder.
Feeling full of lightning.
Knowing and feeling my heart connection is powerful.
My heart does sing and I listen.
I invest in me.
Breathing in my thunder.
Breathing in my lightning.
Breathing in I invest in me.
Breathing into your heart centre that connects to all the body and mind.
