Welcome to your audio support for the Powerful Promises process.

This recording and the binaural beat technology within it is designed to help you access and align at a deeper level with the power of this process.

You can listen as and when you choose or you can use it as a regular way to align with and to create what you want in your life.

If you have already prepared and journaled your answers before listening,

But equally you can simply answer the questions and follow the guidance as you hear it now.

Spend the next few minutes sitting comfortably as you listen,

You may wish to close your eyes or you can leave them open if you prefer.

So the very first step is to rest into heart breathing and you can place one hand over your heart to help you connect one hand over your heart to help you connect with your heart center.

Begin by placing a gentle awareness and focus on your breathing.

Just consciously following each breath into your heart center and out of your heart center.

Simply following the movement of air through your heart center in and out.

Gently inviting yourself to breathe a little more slowly and a little more deeply through your heart center.

As you begin to settle more deeply now.

As you begin to rest more fully now.

Into the soft and fluid state of coherence and you remember now how easy this receptive state is.

To return naturally now.

As you continue to rest into heart breathing you can begin to say over to yourself several times and you can begin to relax and you can begin to relax and you can begin to relax.

As you rest into heart breathing you can begin to say over to yourself several times out loud or quietly.

A conscious commitment to both create and allow what I want into my experience and into my life.

And your answer to yourself will be in positives.

In positive language.

And now you can ask yourself how do I want to be thinking?

How do I want to be thinking?

And your answer to yourself will be in positives.

And now what will feeling and thinking this way allow me to be?

What will feeling and thinking this way allow me to be?

What will thinking and feeling this way allow me to do?

What will thinking and feeling this way allow me to do?

And what will feeling and thinking this way allow me to have?

What will feeling and thinking this way allow me to have?

And here's your next question.

When I'm already feeling and thinking and being and acting this way.

What else will be different in my life as a result?

What will specifically be different to before?

And now when I'm already feeling,

Thinking,

Being and acting this way.

What will others pick up on or notice about me different to before?

Now I'm demonstrating this version of myself.

What will others see?

And your next question is how will these changes which I'm choosing to make within myself benefit others?

How will these changes within myself benefit other people?

And your next question.

When I'm living this way consistently,

What will my inner mantra,

My supportive inner dialogue be?

And now you've answered these questions with both your conscious and your subconscious mind.

You're ready for the next step.

So now I'd like you with your imagination to step one year into the future.

And here you have already been feeling,

Thinking and behaving this way for so long.

Notice how this feels to you now.

Already having all of this experience.

Already having all of this wisdom.

All of this accumulated learning under your belt.

And as you see now,

As you look out from your own eyes and observe the fabric of your life around you,

It helps you now to connect even more deeply with this feeling as you continue to feel how it feels now.

Maybe you see others around you.

Your environment.

Your home.

Your family.

Your workplace.

Maybe you can see a reflection of yourself.

Maybe you can see a reflection of yourself.

And as you continue now to richly imagine your life in 3D,

It helps you to connect even more deeply now to this feeling as you continue to feel this feeling now.

I'd like you to rest fully into heart breathing now.

Breathing in and out and through your heart.

As you name this feeling now,

Name this feeling or these feelings that you're feeling now.

Breathing slowly and deeply in and out of your heart center.

You say the name now of this feeling to yourself.

And you can breathe in this feeling with each breath.

And you can breathe out this feeling with each breath.

And you can radiate the energy and the power of this feeling outwards.

Outwards from your heart center.

Beyond your physical form.

Radiating this feeling.

Outwards now.

Weigh out into your heart field of energy.

And you can be curious as to just how far and how wide this energy,

This signal,

This message of this feeling,

Expands outwards and beyond you right now.

And you can know it loses no power from within.

Every wave as you radiate this feeling outwards.

Simply serves to strengthen it from within you.

Every cell of your body is receiving the energy and the encoding of this message.

Of this feeling through every cell now.

And with your hand over your heart,

Heart breathing.

And with your hand over your heart,

Heart breathing.

And with your hand over your heart,

Heart breathing.

You can say to yourself now several times over.

I give myself permission to shine this feeling through my heart,

From my heart,

Through my body and outwards beyond my physical form.

I'm making a powerful promise to myself and to the universe to shine this feeling every day.

I am making a conscious commitment to myself and to the universe.

To both create and to allow this feeling through all aspects of myself,

Through all aspects of my life and through all aspects of my experience.

In all ways,

In all forms,

On all levels and through all points in my life.

In all forms,

On all levels and through all points in time.

And as you continue to rest deeply into heart breathing,

Into the receptive state of coherence with your eyes closed.

If they are closed,

If they are closed,

In a few moments you will be ready to open your eyes.

And I don't know exactly when you'll be ready,

But I trust and you can trust that you will know.

You will know when this process for today is complete.

And you can tune in to that inner signal.

And when you choose to open your eyes,

You will be ready to continue on with your day or with your evening.
