Hello and welcome.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.
You may want to sit upright with your feet resting on the floor,
Or maybe you wish to lie down and allow your body to be fully supported.
And when you're ready,
I invite you to gently close your eyes if that feels safe for you,
Or maybe you just want to soften your gaze.
Now,
Let's take a slow breath in through your nose,
And a long,
Slow exhale through your mouth.
Let's do that again.
A slow inhale through your nose,
And a long,
Unhurried exhale through your mouth.
Now just let your breathing return to normal.
Allow your shoulders to drop away from your ears.
Unclench the jaw and let your forehead smooth.
There's nowhere you need to go right now,
Nothing you need to do or solve.
This is a moment for you to simply be.
And now bring your awareness to your feet.
And just notice either the contact they make with the floor or the surface beneath you.
Feel their weight.
Feel their temperature.
Is there any sensation present in your feet?
Now gently move your awareness up into your legs,
Softening your calves,
Softening your knees,
Softening your thighs.
Let gravity hold you.
Bringing your attention into your hips and your lower back.
If you notice tightness there or holding,
Don't try to fix it,
Just notice it.
And breathe.
Inhale and imagine space moving into the area.
Exhale and allow softening.
Now bring your awareness into your belly.
And notice how your belly rises and falls.
The inhale and the exhale of your breath.
Let the stomach rest easy.
No holding.
No effort.
Just remember your body does not need to earn rest.
Your body already deserves it.
Now gently bring your attention to your chest,
Your heart space.
Maybe you notice warmth here.
Maybe you notice pressure or openness.
Or maybe you notice nothing at all.
Whatever is here is welcome.
Take a slow breath in.
And imagine breathing directly into your heart.
As you exhale,
Allow the heart area to soften just a little.
Again,
Inhale into your heart.
And exhale,
Releasing any need to carry everything alone.
Now quietly repeat to yourself.
All I need to do is love myself well.
This will be enough.
Let those words land gently.
Loving yourself well does not mean perfection.
It means speaking kindly to yourself.
It means forgiving your humanity.
And it means allowing rest without guilt.
Just bring to mind one part of yourself you've been hard on lately.
Without analyzing it,
Simply place some gentle compassion there.
You might imagine placing a hand over your heart.
And softly say,
I love you.
I am allowed to be human.
I am allowed to be learning.
Take a slow inhale and exhale here.
Now gently shift your awareness outward.
Bring to mind someone in your life,
Not someone complicated.
Just someone you naturally care about.
See them in your mind.
Notice their face.
Notice their presence.
And quietly repeat to yourself.
All I need to do is love others well.
This will be enough.
Send them a simple intention.
May you feel supported.
May you feel seen.
May you feel at peace.
And just notice how love doesn't deplete you.
It expands you.
Now bring your awareness back to yourself and your life as it is right now.
Not the life you're planning.
Not the life you're fixing.
Just the life that is already here.
And quietly repeat to yourself.
All I need to do is love my life well.
This will be enough.
Bring to mind one ordinary moment.
One that you appreciate.
Maybe it's the morning sunrise.
Sitting in your favorite chair.
A conversation with someone you care about.
Or even just a moment of calm.
Allow yourself to feel gratitude for something simple.
You don't have to love every part of your life to love your life.
You only need to notice what's already quiet.
Good.
Just breathe into that.
Now hold these three truths together.
Loving yourself.
Loving others.
Loving your life.
There's nothing you need to prove right now.
Your worth isn't waiting for your next achievement.
It lives in how you show up.
In how you care.
In how you allow yourself to be human.
Take a slow inhale through your nose.
And a long exhale through your nose.
Exhale out your mouth.
Begin to bring awareness back into your body.
Notice the surface beneath you.
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Maybe you want to take a stretch.
Take one more slow,
Full breath in and out.
And when you're ready,
Softly open your eyes.
Carry this with you today.
You do not have to do more to be enough.
You only have to be.
To love well.
Have a beautiful day.
