Now that you've gained some clarity on your vision and released limiting beliefs,

It's time to set clear intentions and actionable goals.

When we set goals that align with our vision,

We create a roadmap to make our dreams a reality.

Take a moment to get comfortable.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

Let's connect with your vision from day 1.

Ask yourself,

What are the 3 main areas of my life that I want to focus on this year?

These can be personal,

Professional or spiritual.

Perhaps you want to improve your health,

Deepen relationships or grow your career.

Whatever resonates with you,

Let these areas guide you.

Now,

Write down 3 clear goals you want to achieve this year.

Be as specific and measurable as you can be.

For example,

If you want to improve your health,

Your goal could be,

I will exercise 3 times a week.

For each goal,

Break it down into actionable steps.

What's the first step you can take today to move towards each goal?

Now,

Reflect on how it feels to have clear,

Actionable goals.

By breaking them down into small steps,

You can make them more achievable.

How can you stay motivated and focused on these goals as you move forward?

Let's affirm our commitment to these goals.

Take a deep breath in and repeat after me.
