Hi,

It's Jasmine.

Welcome back to Little Mindfuls.

I'm so glad you're here with me again tonight.

Are you ready to go on another calming adventure?

Tonight we're going to visit a magical place full of twinkling stars just for you.

It's going to be a warm,

Peaceful journey that will help you feel cozy and ready for sleep.

Let's start by finding a comfortable spot.

Maybe you're snuggled under your blanket or lying down in your favorite place.

Wherever you are,

Make sure you're feeling comfy and relaxed.

Let's take a deep breath in and gently breathe out.

Good job.

Now close your eyes and imagine we're outside on a quiet night.

The sky is dark,

But not too dark.

It feels gentle and the air is warm and soft.

Up above,

The stars are twinkling like little lights sparkling just for you.

There are so many stars and they make the sky feel magical,

Like a beautiful blanket of shining dots.

Can you see the stars?

Let's imagine they're winking at you,

Each one smiling and shining so brightly.

One of the stars is even shining a little brighter.

It's your special star.

Imagine that star sending down its soft,

Glowing light,

Wrapping you up in its warm,

Cozy glow.

Now take another deep breath in and slowly let it out.

Feel how the warmth from the star helps your body relax,

Starting from the top of your head all the way down to your toes.

It feels so nice,

Like a gentle hug from the night sky.

As you lie there under the starry sky,

Imagine that all the stars are singing a quiet,

Soothing lullaby.

Their light is soft and gentle and they're here to help you feel calm and peaceful.

The stars don't rush and neither do we.

Everything is quiet and still.

Take another deep breath in and let it out slowly.

Every time you breathe out,

The stars shine even brighter and you feel even cozier.

Your arms and legs feel so heavy and relaxed now,

Like they're sinking into your comfy bed.

The stars are watching over you,

Keeping you safe and warm.

Now let's imagine the stars are sending you goodnight wishes,

Whispering sweet dreams into the night.

They're reminding you that it's time to rest,

Time to let go of the day and drift into sleep.

Feel how peaceful everything is,

How the stars make everything quiet and soft.

Take one more deep breath in and slowly breathe out,

Knowing that you're under the care of your special star.

The night is calm,

The stars are twinkling and you are ready for a restful sleep.

Now as we start to gently return from our starry night,

Remember that your special star is always with you.

You can visit the stars anytime you need to feel calm and cozy.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

You did such a wonderful job relaxing tonight.
