Let your shoulders relax,

Your jaw soften and your hands rest gently.

Take a slow deep breath in and exhale fully releasing any tension and let's begin.

I am safe.

In this moment I am safe.

I am held.

Supported by the ground beneath me,

By the breath within me.

I am calm.

Peace flows through me with every breath.

I am protected.

Surrounded by love,

By light,

By the strength within.

I am grounded.

Rooted in the present,

Steady and strong.

I am resilient.

Capable of navigating whatever comes my way.

I am enough.

Just as I am.

I am complete.

I am safe.

In this body,

In this breath,

In this moment.

Take a final deep breath in and exhale slowly,

Feeling the calm within.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings,

Carrying this sense of safety with you.
