Please do not listen to this audio if you are driving a car,

Operating machinery or out in public.

Please ensure that you are in a safe,

Warm,

Comfortable environment for you to listen to this audio.

Okay,

What I want you to do is just let yourself relax now.

There is nowhere you have to be.

No one wanting anything from you.

This is your time to relax.

So just relax.

Just let all the stress and tension that you have accumulated over the past few months,

The past few weeks,

Days,

Hours and even the past few minutes.

Just let it all go.

That's right.

Just let it go.

Just get yourself very comfortable and just pick a spot on the wall or the ceiling to look at.

Let your mind begin to relax.

Just notice the sound of my voice and the sound of the music.

Right now is the time to allow your mind to float,

Drift and wonder.

To feel and experience things that perhaps you never felt or experienced.

Now as you focus on that spot,

Notice the way your body feels if there is any tightness or tension anywhere in your body.

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hips,

Your legs.

Just let it go as you breathe out right now.

And then notice the way your muscles feel in your face,

Your eyelids,

Your eyebrows,

Your forehead,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw.

Let all the tension from your eyes,

Your cheeks and your forehead go.

Soften your facial muscles.

Soften the muscles around your eyes and allow your jaw just to hang.

And breathe.

Keep breathing.

Notice the way your eyelids feel as you relax and listen to my voice.

As you breathe out and let go of tension,

Your eyelids may become very heavy,

Very sleepy,

Droopy and drowsy.

In fact,

You may have noticed already they are so heavy every time you blink that it almost seems harder and harder to keep them open.

You may feel that happening already the moment that your eyelids are too relaxed to keep open.

Let them gently close now and when they close,

You will feel a wonderful,

Wonderful wave of heaviness flowing all the way down through your body.

From the top of your head all the way down to the bottom of your feet.

It feels so good to let go of any tension,

Tightness or any stress that maybe is holding your body so tight.

When I count to three,

You can double that feeling of relaxation and feel the heaviness in your eyes and face.

And let that relaxation go down all the way down through your body.

One,

Two,

Three.

Heavier still and let that feeling flow all the way down through your body to the very bottom of your feet.

A wave of heaviness so good,

Let your arms get heavier,

So heavy all the way into your hands,

The tips of your fingers,

Your arms becoming so heavy,

So relaxed,

So loose and lazy.

They almost begin to feel that they are too heavy to lift.

Even though there is a part of your mind that probably knows you can lift them,

You just don't seem to care because it feels so good to let them relax.

Now one more time when I count to three,

Let your eyelids become twice as heavy,

Twice as relaxed and let that wave of heaviness go all the way down through your body,

Relaxing you deeper and deeper.

Now one,

Two,

Three.

Oh so good,

Let that feeling flow all the way down through your body from the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes.

Your legs are becoming so heavy,

Loose,

Limb and relaxed.

You feel so relaxed now that your legs just seem to melt,

Melting right down now.

And in a moment I want you to take yourself to a beautiful path,

A path that you can feel underneath your feet or perhaps hear the sound of your feet as you walk slowly and gently on that path.

Or maybe it is a path that you actually see and you notice what is around you.

If it is a path outside in nature perhaps you even notice the way the sun feels around you,

Lovely and warm.

If you are outside notice the clean fresh air.

And with every step you take on that path notice that you get more relaxed,

That your mind becomes more receptive,

That your body feels so good,

So completely at peace.

And every step you take on this path,

Imagine every step is a step in your future,

That you could take a step seconds,

Minutes or even days into your future.

And as you step out you feel more relaxed,

Your mind becomes more open and receptive.

Curious to explore and discover what might be there on that path and as you become more curious you wonder what it would be like.

Somewhere deep within your mind,

In your subconscious mind you wonder what it would be like to have already accomplished this thing that you would like to accomplish.

Maybe to have released a fear or become very good at a certain skill or personality trait.

Maybe you would like to have more confidence or self-esteem.

So what I want you to do is to let yourself go faster and faster on that timeline now.

Floating over that timeline,

Further and further over that timeline.

Going through minutes,

Hours and days,

Even weeks and months to wherever your inner mind takes you,

Where it knows you have already accomplished.

Where it has already happened,

When you are completely at peace with having these abilities,

Skills and resources,

Confidence,

Self-esteem,

Organisation.

So let your mind float and drift,

Let your body travel,

You are almost there,

You will notice if there will be a moment where you will touch down.

You feel your feet touching down right at that perfect spot out in your future.

So good to just let go.

Float down now.

5,

Floating right down to the place in your future path.

4,

Going down.

3,

2,

Just relax right into that place.

It's so good.

And 1.

And right there as your feet touch down,

You have a sense of wonder,

Curiosity.

You want to know and you notice what's around you.

The way you feel,

Are you alone or with people?

Is it daytime or nighttime?

Notice everything around you right now.

Become aware of where you are and how far into your future,

What it is that you are doing or experiencing.

And you are there on that timeline in your future.

So good.

Just notice yourself speaking confidently to others as you are totally relaxed.

They are listening to you with admiration,

Almost as if you possess some sort of magnetism.

You feel so good just to be there sharing your wisdom with others at ease.

You feel great and inspired as they praise and applaud your words.

You are now going to explore and discover everything around you.

Take it all in.

Notice what it feels like to have already accomplished this,

To have this ability as your own.

And it happened so easy once you set your mind to it.

It happened almost magically.

Now find out what it is about you.

Why it is that you feel so comfortable?

How it is that you feel this good?

Having accomplished this,

Whatever it is that is most important to you will be revealed to you now.

You will feel it.

You will understand it.

You will know it and notice what it means about you.

To have already accomplished this,

To have the strength of this ability,

To know this about yourself.

And now turn around and face your timeline as if you were looking back at the past,

As if you were reflecting or remembering what it is that was the most significant thing that you did.

And that was most valuable to you in accomplishing this.

So just let yourself reflect and remember.

Let your mind bring all the information.

What it took for you to get to this place.

And now when I count to three,

I want you to float right up above that future moment and see it from above.

One,

Two,

Three.

Flirt right up above it.

Now from up above,

Just feel your body so light and so free.

Look at that future moment.

Notice what it means,

How important it is to you,

How good it feels or simply the peace that it creates in your life.

To be that person you are now.

So now I want you to do something very special.

I want you to touch your thumb and your finger together.

Any finger with your thumb,

Just touch them together and let your mind create a memory right there between that thumb and finger.

Almost as if you are holding that quality of that resource or ability right there between your thumb and finger.

Hold on to it as you are now going to float along the timeline to the present moment.

You are going to bring with you right between your thumb and your finger all of the resources,

All of the inner knowledge and wisdom and all of the lessons and learnings from this future moment all the way back with you.

Now float back through the timeline,

Float back further and further,

Float all the way back through the weeks and the days,

The minutes,

All the way back to the present moment.

And let your feet touch down in the present moment as you release your fingers and relax your hand again.

And as you look at the present moment right there with your feet planted in it,

Notice how good it is to be in the present moment,

To enjoy everything about the present,

To feel so at peace with the present moment.

And notice your timeline of the future.

Notice how you are excited and curious,

So ready to discover what is waiting for you in the future.

While at the same time being content and at peace at the present moment,

I want you to now take a deep breath in and gently exhale.

Good,

And now I want you to let your mind learn something very valuable.

Just relax a little bit deeper and allow your mind to become open and receptive.

Now to these thousand ideas and only these thoughts and suggestions being accepted upon by your subconscious mind.

You have all the skills and resources to accomplish what you want.

Your mind is perceptive and very wise and able to speak out and find all the resources and skills that you need to accomplish this.

You allow your mind to become open and receptive to opportunities,

Good luck to meeting the right people and being in the right places.

To allow all the lessons and the learnings to come to you.

Every time you see the colour red,

Beautiful,

Bright red,

Vivid,

Bold red,

Every time you see the colour red,

Your mind becomes more receptive and determined and focused on accomplishing your goals.

Every time you see the colour red,

You will notice that you feel energised,

Focused,

Determined to allow yourself to accomplish your goal.

Every time you see the colour red,

Beautiful,

Bright,

Vivid,

Bold red,

Consciously or unconsciously,

It may seem to stand out or you may just perceive it on an unconscious level.

But you'll notice that you will feel energised,

Focused,

Excited,

Curious about what it is you are able to discover or accomplish.

You will notice that you will be able to find all the skills and resources you need to be the most effective on accomplishing the thing that you want,

The thing that you desire.

So tonight,

As you sleep,

You'll sleep very deeply and very comfortably as your mind will continue to be focused on the thing you want,

Desire and deserve.

So tonight,

As you sleep,

You will sleep comfortably,

Your mind will continue to be focused on the thing you want,

Desire and deserve.

You'll sleep deeply and peacefully and when you awaken tomorrow morning,

You will awaken feeling wonderfully refreshed,

Feeling energised and feeling better than you felt in a long,

Long time.

The things that used to bother you won't seem to bother you as much.

You will feel very clear headed,

Absolutely wonderful when you awake in the morning and now I want you to bring back your awareness back into the room and back to my voice.

Take a nice deep breath in and exhale out and as I count 1 to 5,

All of your energy back into your body.

Your arms,

Your legs are feeling great,

Bring the energy back.

2.

The next few numbers will bring your mind to full alertness,

Awareness,

Eyes feeling lighter and lighter.

3.

Eyes open,

You feel clear headed and refreshed.

4.

You feel the sensations that are around you like your clothes touching your skin or the temperature in the air and 5.

Wide awake now,

Wide awake.

Nice deep breath,

Well done.
