Taking a deep breath in,
Letting it out with a tone,
Settling into your body.
Bless my feet.
May they walk in beauty,
Staying always connected to the grounding,
Fortifying,
Generous,
And loving energy of the earth.
Bless my legs,
My knees,
That I always have the strength to keep moving forward in this life,
Especially when challenges arise.
May I remain connected to the natural ebb and flow,
Knowing when to move swiftly and take action and when to slow down,
To rest,
And to wait for more guidance.
Bless my hips,
My pelvis,
That I may always know my worth and my power as a woman.
Bless my yoni,
That I may be empowered in my boundaries and clear about what serves me and what does not.
May I be connected to the sacred life force energy that is my sexuality,
And may I claim its potent power and presence into the well-being of my body and allow it to energize all areas of my life and all of my creations.
Bless my womb,
That I may use my creative potential in ways that are beneficial to humanity and sustainable to my spirit.
Bless my belly,
That I may relax into the flow of life,
Accepting myself and my world exactly as it is,
With unconditional love and reverence,
Knowing that as I release control and judgment,
I find my true and infinite power.
Bless my heart,
My chest,
That I may be open to bravely give and receive fully my infinite capacity to love and to be loved.
Bless my hands,
Bless my arms,
May they be conduits through which I share my gifts in the world.
May they bring peace,
Love,
Compassion,
Empathy,
And understanding to all those who I touch.
Bless my breasts,
That I may nourish myself as unlovingly as I nourish the world around me.
Bless my throat,
My crown,
My mind,
That I may be always aware of my direct and ever-present connection to divine love,
Light,
Guidance,
And inspiration.
May I use my voice powerfully and graciously to speak my truth and to be a healing presence upon this earth.
Bless my entire physical body and my soul within.
May I be fully present in my body and in my life and always celebrate the blessing of this opportunity to be in this human body.
May I stay connected to the impermanent nature of existence and to the infinite expression of love and innocence that I am.
