Come to standing,

Eyes gently closed,

Hands to the body.

Breathe deeply into your whole being.

And finding a little sway or whatever feels good as you hold yourself,

Body,

Heart,

I am here.

I am holding you.

I am listening to you.

If it feels good,

Take your hand and tap your chest.

Feel that beat deep inside your body.

Breathe,

Allow any other emotions or sounds to come forward.

Finding a space to feel what's here,

Tuning into your senses,

Opening to receive your experience.

No matter what shows up today,

I can assure you one thing,

That I will be there for you,

Loving you,

Holding you,

And calling you forward.

I now choose to thrive through the loving and safe container that I am holding for myself now,

Knowing I am more than worthy to receive this love.

Breathing it into every cell,

Moving it through your body,

Following your yes as you invite emotion,

Sound,

A little tremor,

Or whatever feels yes.

Follow that trust in your guidance.

Taking your palms to the back of the neck,

Applying some gentle grounding pressure.

Offering yourself what feels most nourishing,

And then taking the hands around the head to the face,

Over the eyes,

Relaxing the jaw,

And taking it down the sides of the neck.

Ahhhh.

And then taking those hands down the chest,

And down the belly,

To the low back,

Inviting any other gentle motion or sound that feels good.

Taking just a few more breaths here.

Ahhhh.

Ahhhh.

And then coming into stillness,

Maybe making your way down to seated meditation pose.

Lengthen your spine,

Extending your energy down and also up,

Feeling your connection to earth,

Into heaven,

Into all of creation.

Feeling the container of this world,

Of this universe,

Of this light that is holding us.

Feeling your physical body,

And breathing into the heart,

As we allow the light of our own Holy Spirit to fill the space within our hearts,

Within our bodies,

And within our energy that expands beyond this physical form,

Into the space all around us.

Feeling every cell within your body,

And expanding out to bless the collective.

Finding our connection to self,

To each other,

To life,

And to source simultaneously.

May we stay anchored in this body.

May our hearts and minds be aligned and open,

And may we move through our day in our highest alignment.

That these bodies may be nourished and vital as we journey,

Sending some magic forward along our day.

May our eyes be open to all the magic within and around us.

May our day be filled with synchronicity,

Surrender,

And flow.

Taking your hands in prayer,

And giving yourself a gentle bow.
