Hello goddess and welcome to your womb clearing meditation. Your womb is the sacred space for creation. A chalice where alchemy happens and where you're able to transmute pain into purpose and experience into expansion. You hold within your bones and within your blood the codes for all of creation and your womb space is a living hologram of the celestial womb goddess in the sky. You are divinity on legs, A walking representation of all that is sacred and today we're going to take a few moments to reconnect to that truth. So go ahead if you haven't already close down the eyes and come into a comfortable position either seated or lying down if that feels better for you today. We're just going to begin by taking some nice deep belly breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. Let's do that again. Inhale deeply in through the nose feeling the breath go all the way through the body all the way past the lungs into the belly and down into the pelvic bowl and exhale it all out the mouth. One last time make this the deepest breath so far expanding through your belly sending that fresh prana down into the root of your pelvic bowl swirling and whirling waking up your magical sacred center and then exhale let it all out. Your breath to return to its natural rhythm now and just begin to notice what does it feel like to be in your body today. How does it feel to be in this living vessel? Just noticing without judgment bringing awareness to any parts of the body that may be tense or a little sticky and intentionally sending your breath into those parts inviting them to release and relax and soften into the present moment feeling yourself supported by the chair or the bed or the floor beneath you a constant reminder that you are always held you are always loved and you are always guided you always have all that you need and it is safe to soften. Continue to breathe here maybe taking this opportunity to do a gentle body scan to bring you even more into the awareness of the present moment starting at the top of your head and feeling as if a wave of white high frequency light is washing over your body starting at your head and down your forehead your cheeks your jaw washing over your throat and spilling down your shoulders and your back your chest covering your arms washing down through your belly and your hips submerging your thighs rinsing down your knees your calves and your shins and finally trickling off the ends of your tippy tippy toes leaving you completely relaxed completely present and completely at home in your body now bring your hands to rest on your womb this sacred space of creation love of compassion of creativity just send your awareness into that part of yourself the first step in opening the dialogue between ourselves and our wombs is to simply send our love and attention to her in a world that tells us to ignore her to silence her to shame her to resist her the most rebellious and loving thing that we can do is to just tune in to just listen to just be in sacred union with the self and the body and allowing the womb wisdom to guide us every step of the way take a deep breath in exhale feeling your womb rise and fall beneath your palms witnessing her gentle rhythmic ebb and flow with your breath and noting how that ebb and flow shows up in other areas of your life and getting curious about how you can ride the ebb and flow instead of resist it now gently bring your palms together and begin to rub the palms together creating friction between your hands rub them just a little faster and notice the heat that begins to build in doing this you're activating the loving light of reiki energy and as you continue to rub your hands in your mind's eye i want you to envision that between your palms a glowing orb of white healing radiant light is growing as you rub your palms together maybe even a little more quickly now that orb of healing light grows and until it completely encapsulates your hands and you continue to rub your palms together and as you rub that white light grows and grows until it's taken over your entire arms and then eventually your entire body and then pretty soon the room that you're in is full of this radiant white light and loving energy come to stillness with the palms noticing the heat the warmth maybe a little tingle knowing that this is loving white radiant light healing energy that you have called into fruition right here within your palms and now lovingly cradling that energy in your palms bring your palms back over your womb sending this loving white radiant healing energy into your womb space into your pelvic bowl in your mind's eye seeing it whirl around inside of you cleansing releasing and healing any stuck and stagnant energy that may be lingering there simultaneously activating your innate power for creation for abundance for pleasure for receiving continue to breathe in this white radiant healing energy and with every inhale see the energy spread throughout your entire body until your entire being is lit up from the inside out full of white light cleansing radiant energy sourced from the mother of us all the sacred womb the chalice of creation deep breath in through the nose and exhale i want you to stay here feeling held nourished and activated for as long as you'd like and whenever you're ready come back into the room and carry this feeling of deep nourishment nourishment and radiance with you all day long sending you so much love namaste
