Hello goddess and welcome to your meditation for connecting to the spirit of your desires Now just a moment for some context It's part of my personal belief system that just like our children's souls choose us before they incarnate Into their earthly bodies in this lifetime. I believe that our desires our dreams our visions our passions I think that those things choose us too and And just like our children's souls choose us because they innately know that we are the most equipped and Divinely capable at helping them become everything that they're meant to be in this lifetime I think our desires and passions and visions know the same thing that we are uniquely Equipped to help them become all that they're meant to become in this lifetime. So During this meditation. We're gonna take a few minutes to connect to the spirit of your desires And to find out what it desires to be in this lifetime So go ahead and join me closing down the eyes either sitting up nice and tall But so comfortable You want some alertness in your body if it feels better to lie down for this meditation, Then you're welcome to do so Either way, We're gonna be closing down the eyes Slowing the breath dropping into the body into the present moment whether you're lying down or sitting up I want your palms facing upward Open and ready to receive whatever is meant to come to you during this meditation And together let's take three rounds of deep breath in through the nose Exhale out through the mouth Let's do that again inhale through the nose And exhale out through the mouth One more time deep breath deepest breath yet in through the nose And let it out taking a moment To notice without judgment what it feels like to be in your body today Maybe doing a little body scan starting at the top of your head And feeling as if a wave of white light is washing over your body starting at the top of your head and As it moves down your forehead it softens your brow relaxes your jaw Drops your tongue away from the roof of your mouth Lengthens your neck as you drop your shoulders down away from your ears Softening the upper back and the upper arms Flowing down the chest and the torso All the way out your fingertips Moving down to your belly as you soften down your hips and your thighs Feeling your seat melting into the chair or the bed or the couch beneath you Feeling yourself grounded and rooted and supported By the earth that's coming up to meet you Flowing all the way down your legs and out your tippy tippy toes Relax Just a few moments of stillness and silence here Feeling into the body Feeling the gentle rise and fall of the breath Now turn your attention to the back of your skull the back brain the cerebellum That serves as the seat of feminine consciousness the root of your feminine psyche The master over your dreamtime realms and your access to other dimensions of reality Send your attention there send your breath there activating the mind womb of your entire being Either inwardly or you're welcome to say it outwardly Set the intention and ask God Goddess universe whatever language resonates for you Show me what I need to see today Please God goddess universe show me what I need to see today Continue to breathe here and an invitation to press pause On this meditation and grab your journal and write down anything that comes through God goddess universe What do I need to know today? Please show me take a deep breath in And exhale through the mouth Again the invitation to press pause and write down anything that comes through for you right now Or to just sit with this question for a little bit longer if you're ready to proceed We're going to move on to the second and final question So keeping your attention at the back of your skull Cerebellum in the seat of the feminine psyche. I want you to ask now Speaking as if your desire were another person or an entity with you Name the desire And then either inwardly or outwardly ask what do you want to be today? And how can I help? What do you want to be today? And how can I help Again an invitation to press pause And journal out anything that comes through for you right now Any responses that you receive from the universe or from your family or friends? Any responses that you receive from the universe from your desires? Any intuitive hits inspired downloads write them all down? And when you're ready come back here with me and let's take a deep breath in through the nose together And exhale out the mouth And to seal our practice today I want to invite you into a bit of an incantation Either repeat this inwardly or outwardly I am a divine vessel for creation a channel for universal love and life force energy and I ask that God Goddess for the universe use me For the highest good of all today and always Thank you so much for meditating with me I hope that insight and enlightenment found you during our time together And I hope that you'll join me again Namaste
