Hello goddess and welcome to your light body activation.
Today we are going to light ourselves up from the inside out by activating our internal and external light bodies through the magical power of Reiki.
You do not need any experience in Reiki to participate in this meditation,
Just an open heart and a willingness.
Go ahead and close down the eyes,
Coming into a comfortable seated position.
Although I would recommend being seated upright,
You're welcome to lie down if that feels better in your body today.
Either way,
Finding a position that feels comfortable and nourishing while also allowing you to be alert.
Let's begin by taking three deep belly breaths together,
Inhaling in through the nose and exhale.
Let's do that again.
Deep inhale in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
One final deep breath here together in through the nose,
Deepest belly breath today and exhale.
Let it all go,
Allowing yourself to lie down.
Anything that you brought with you into meditation today,
Just setting it aside for the time being,
Setting aside anything that you may have coming later in your day and giving yourself the gift of the present now moment.
Maybe taking a moment to scan the body and notice without judgment what it feels like to be in your sacred vessel today,
In your earth temple.
How does it feel?
Are there any spaces of stickiness and tension that we can dissolve with loving awareness and breath,
Noticing if your brow is furrowed and inviting it to soften,
Dropping your tongue away from the roof of your mouth as you relax your jaw,
Dropping your shoulders down and away from your ears,
Elongating through the neck,
Creating space in the spine,
Signaling to your nervous system that it is safe to relax,
Feeling yourself rooted into the earth,
The chair,
The floor beneath you,
Sturdy and stable and always held.
And from this safe space of groundedness,
Bring your palms together at heart center and begin to rub the palms together gently,
Beginning to activate the reiki energy that exists all around you.
Begin to quicken your palms,
Rubbing them together a little bit faster.
And as you do,
I want you in your mind's eye to envision a bright,
White,
Radiant orb of healing light.
It begins first as a little flicker,
Just a tiny little spark in the palm of your hands.
And the more you rub your palms together,
The bigger that spark grows until it becomes a vibrating,
Pulsating orb of light in your palms.
And the more you rub,
The bigger that orb becomes until it completely encapsulates your hands.
And then your arms,
And then your entire body is held and loved in this sacred orb of healing,
Radiant white light,
Noticing if it has a texture,
Any particular characteristics.
And then noticing as you continue to rub your hands together,
This orb grows and grows and grows until it takes over and consumes the entire room.
You are both held within and surrounded by white,
Healing,
Radiant reiki light.
Gently bring your palms apart just slightly,
And just notice the energetic pull between the two palms.
Maybe play with this little orb of energy that you've created between your palms,
Slowly pulling your palms apart and then pressing them back together,
Evidence of the energy that you have called into manifestation here.
And now what I want you to do is round your arms open.
So bring your arms above your head and circle them around and forward,
Scooping up as much of this white,
Radiant healing light as you can,
Cupping the light in your palms,
And then slowly and gently move your palms up to the crown of your head,
Pressing your palms and this energy into your crown,
Swirling,
Activating,
Healing your crown chakra,
Feeling this white light pour through your entire body.
Take a deep breath in,
Release.
Now we're going to do that again.
So bring the arms up and around,
Scooping up as much of this white light energy as you can,
Cradling it in the palms of your hands,
And then gently guiding it up to the space between your eyebrows into your third eye,
Pressing your palms and this white healing,
Radiant energy into the third eye space,
Feeling it wash down and over the entire energy body.
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale.
We're going to do this again.
Inhale,
Reaching the arms overhead,
And then exhaling,
Overhead,
Scooping them forward and around,
Gathering up as much of this healing white,
Radiant energy as you can,
Cupping it in your palms and bringing your palms to your throat,
Pressing your hands and this radiant white light energy into your throat chakra,
Seeing it swirl,
Cleansing and clearing out any stuck or stagnant energy as it activates this part of your auric body.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Again,
Inhale as you reach the arms up,
Scoop them down and around,
Gathering up as much of this white light,
Radiant energy as you can,
Cupping it in the palms of your hands and then pressing your hands lovingly into your heart space,
Feeling the palms against your heart as you press that white light energy into the heart chakra,
Cleansing,
Clearing and activating.
Deep breath in and exhale.
Again,
Bringing the arms up,
Scooping them down and around,
Gathering up as much of that white light,
Radiant energy as you can,
Cupping it in your palms and then bringing it into your solar plexus,
Gently pressing it into your upper rib cage as you feel this energy swirling,
Healing,
Cleansing and clearing away any stuck or stagnant energy and activating your solar plexus chakra.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Again,
Bringing the arms up,
Down and around,
Scooping up,
Gathering up as much radiant white light energy as you can,
Cupping it gracefully in your palms and then gently pressing your palms and this loving energy into your womb space,
Your sacral chakra.
Deep breath in as it swirls and whirls and releases any stuck or stagnant energy,
Activating your creative center.
Exhale.
One final time,
Bring the arms up,
Down and around,
Scooping up as much white,
Radiant light energy as possible,
Cradling it in your palms,
Gathering it together and then bringing it into your root space,
Gently pressing your hands along with this healing white light energy into your root chakra,
The base of all that is your energetic body,
Feeling this energy swirl and whirl and release any stuck or stagnancy that may be lingering there,
Activating your root and ultimately activating your entire light body.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale,
Feeling your entire body lit up and radiating from the inside out.
Your entire rainbow bridge and light body is activated,
Pulsating,
Radiating with so much loving energy.
You are clear,
You are cleansed,
You are healed and you are activated,
My friend,
From your root to your crown and every space and nook and cranny in between.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly,
Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your body beneath your palms,
Noticing now how it feels in your vessel,
In your body temple,
As it radiates from the inside out,
Cleansed,
Clear and whole.
Stay here in this energy as long as you would like and whenever you're ready,
Bring yourself back into the room and carry with you this radiance all day long.
