You are going to start to visualize how as you are breathing in,

You are calling in light from 360 degrees around,

From the universe above and below,

From Mother Earth underneath,

From all the directions and the elements,

From the trees,

From the flowers,

The sky and the ocean.

With every breath you are going to invite more of this light,

This life force inside,

Filling up every corner of your body,

Creating a ripple effect from cell to cell,

Flowing through your veins,

In your blood.

And allow this light to come in and with every exhale you are going to visualize how everything and anything that has felt heavy is moving out,

Is being released.

Breathe in light and exhale density.

And you are going to start visualizing a beautiful twister,

A beautiful swirl of golden platinum particles in the center of the universe.

You can visualize this center,

You can understand this center as the heart of the creation,

A place of limitless power and unconditional love.

And with every breath allow your body to expand in light and consciousness.

And now you are going to visualize how with every breath you are drawing this beautiful light,

This beautiful twister of particles into your body,

How with every breath you take you are inviting this light in to come through the galaxy,

The planets,

The stars,

Into our solar system,

Into our planet,

Our city,

Your home and your body.

And now allow this golden platinum particles to start pouring onto your body,

Your aura,

Your chakra system.

And also invite this light in through your breath and through your crown.

With every breath you are going to invite more of the light of the creation,

Of the creator in your sacred human vessel.

With every exhale you are going to allow everything and anything that has felt dense or heavy to come out and dissolve into the universe.

Now you are going to visualize beautiful golden roots coming out of the sole of your feet and the tip of your tailbone.

These beautiful roots represent the light that you are,

Your human vessel,

Your human soul,

Your human experience on earth.

And allow these roots to start going down through the layers of earth,

Through the layers of the sand,

The waters,

The crystals and the rocks.

Just going wide and deep into mother earth,

This beautiful planet that loves you,

Supports you and it is in her journey to ascension as well.

And with every breath allow your roots to grow wide and deep into the layers of mother earth,

Searching,

Coming closer and closer to her beautiful crystalline core,

Her beautiful crystalline heart.

And once you reach the center of mother earth,

Allow your roots to re-anchor to this crystalline core with strength,

With decision,

With worthiness.

It is your divine right to be supported from below and protected from above.

And through your breath I want you to become aware how you are drawing light from the center of the universe above you and around you.

And how you are drawing a beautiful crystalline fluid,

An iridescent fluid charged with all the colors of the rainbow going up your beautiful roots,

Entering your body,

Starting to fill up your body and your cells and your mitochondrias with life force,

With iridescent coats of vitality and strength and support.

Allow this fluid to flow through your veins,

To infuse your bones and your muscles,

To infuse all your organs and ignite your mitochondrias with vitality.

With every breath you are going to become aware how you are drawing light into your body,

Through your nose and your crown and you are drawing this beautiful fluid from below,

Through your feet,

Through your roots and into your tailbone,

Infusing your spine with this beautiful sacred fluid,

Renewing the waters within your spine and the base of your brain,

Allowing new waters,

New coats,

New information to infuse your spine,

The liquid and your brain.

Allow your nervous system to feel this sensation of lightness and crispness and cleanliness and freshness and calmness.

And now you are going to allow yourself to be taken into a higher dimension.

Allow your soul to soar out of your body and start this journey to the temple of the solar plexus.

Allow yourself to explore a new dimension of your being.

As you land in this beautiful landscape,

Beautiful meadows or beautiful dunes or mountains,

Just start making your way to a beautiful crystal palace in the back,

Feeling the vibration of the earth below your feet,

Feeling the limitless power and conditional support and love coming from father sky.

Now start making your way into this temple,

Take the steps up,

These beautiful crystal steps,

Crystalline and beautiful.

Make your way to the entrance and open the doors of your sacred solar plexus temple,

The center of power and identity.

Become aware as you enter at the state of your temple.

Is it shiny?

Is it maybe a little bit dull?

Is it dusty or is just crisp and shiny glitter?

Are the windows open?

Is the air flowing?

Is there light and fire shining within?

Is it warm?

Is it cold?

Just take a couple of minutes to check around your sacred temple of the solar plexus.

Go around opening doors and windows and clearing and cleansing and dusting off and awakening your temple once again.

And once you've been around your temple,

I invite you to come in into the main chamber.

This is a beautiful round main chamber with a beautiful big circular opening at the top.

You can see the seed of life on the floor of this temple,

Shining and beautiful golden platinum colors.

And as you look up,

You can see the sky,

The stars,

The whole universe.

As you are here,

I want to invite you to connect with the different doors,

With different arts.

You're going to look to one of these doors and you're going to visualize your little self,

A little girl,

A little boy,

The ages between 18 months and four years old.

Invite him or her in into this sacred place of healing and activation.

Invite him or her into the center of this room.

Connect eyes with this little child.

Connect hands and hearts.

Connect hands and hearts.

And allow this little child to share with you if there was something in the childhood,

If there was moments where he or she felt alone or disempowered of this courage.

And just tell her or him,

Everything will be just right.

Trust me.

And now visualize through this another door or arch your parents coming into this room.

Invite them in for they represent your lineage,

Your ancestors.

I invite you to look at them from a point of compassion.

If there was something that was lacking during your upbringing,

If there was maybe the need for more support or understanding on empowerment,

I want you to release them through forgiveness and know that they gave you what they had.

That they gave you what was available for the level of consciousness at that time.

That they gave you what they were given.

And if your parents were balanced,

Good,

Nurturing and encouraging,

Then I want you to thank them.

Now I want you to look to a third door or arch and visualize all the people and situations where you felt that you lost your power.

Where you felt that you were not allowed to speak your truth,

To follow your desires,

Your convictions,

Where you felt small,

Where you felt like your voice had no space to be heard.

And how these situations created maybe a few cords that are hooked onto your solar plexus.

And from this high place of consciousness,

From this dimension of high vibrational energies and beings that exist within you,

I want you to start unhooking these cords from your solar plexus.

I want you to release these moments,

Experiences and situations right now for they are no longer serving your higher purpose.

I want you to release,

To forgive.

For as you forgive and release,

You free yourself to be.

Who you truly are,

Your brightest self,

Your most shiny,

Beautiful self.

And now visualize a beautiful archangel,

Archangel of harmony,

To come forward with a beautiful fire,

Soar and support you on cutting these cords with partners,

With colleagues,

With jobs,

With situations that are draining your power and allow this archangel to come forward and help you clear and cleanse and dissolve these cords away.

And as these cords are dissolving,

Visualize all the light,

All the power that you gave away coming in into your body,

Coming from all these places,

People,

Jobs,

Partnerships and situations and breathing all this light that is coming from the past,

From the present.

Breathing all this light back and fill up your solar plexus again with your light.

Now visualize a beautiful four-door or arch right in the front of you.

Visualize this human figure with an immense glow coming through with golden particles just exuding out,

Exuding abundance,

Prosperity,

Happiness,

Joy,

Flow,

Fulfillment,

Fertility,

Success coming through.

And as you identify this figure,

You know it's yourself from the future.

And allow this self from the future to come forward,

Open your hands and give you the fire to reignite your temple,

Your solar plexus temple.

Visualize how you take this light and just drop it in the center.

And then your child self,

Your parents and your future self come all together around this fire and star,

Building it up,

Building it up,

Knowing that all the experiences of the past that made you believe that you had lost your power were an illusion.

And by the power of the light that you are,

You choose,

You can choose to reignite this fire.

You can choose to make this fire bigger,

Visualize how your fire within,

Bright light,

Growing and growing until it reaches the ceiling of the temple and comes out of the circular open on the top.

And these flames burn oh so strong,

Reaching for the stars,

Reaching for your divine rights,

Reaching for purpose.

And with every breath you're going to allow this fire to grow taller and wider,

Brighter,

And a star expanding in the dimension of a solar plexus,

Expanding.

And then you're going to become aware that this temple,

This crystal temple,

This lustrous jewel lives in between your navel and your heart.

That is a beautiful,

Powerful,

Crystalline source of power,

Purpose,

And passion that it harvests all the energy from the root and the sacral,

And it harvests all the purpose and connection from the upper chakras and becomes a beacon of light that brings and projects into your life abundance,

Beauty,

And harmony.

And now you're going to visualize how your solar plexus is shining bright and wide,

Reaching kilometers around you,
