Hello and welcome,

My name is Lorena and this meditation is to guide you into a peaceful state of presence.

Over the next few minutes you'll be gently supported with calming affirmations and reflections to help you let go of stress,

Release tension and return to yourself.

This is your time to pause,

To breathe and to simply be.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Allow your eyes to gently close.

Bring your attention to your breath,

Inhaling slowly through your nose,

Exhaling softly through your mouth.

Feel your breath moving in and out.

Let each inhale invite peace and each exhale release anything you no longer need.

Exhale worry.

There is nowhere else you need to be right now.

There is nothing else you need to do,

Just breathe.

This moment is only yours.

Repeat these affirmations in your mind.

I am safe in this moment.

I am calm and steady.

I am enough exactly as I am.

I am safe in this moment.

Feel the rhythm of your breath.

Feel how your body softens with each exhale.

There is a quiet strength within you,

Always accessible,

Always here.

Repeat in your mind.

If there is tension,
