And just taking a moment to get really comfortable.
And you're welcome to sit or lie,
Just do what feels good for you today.
And then you're welcome to close your eyes or simply lower your gaze and just start to bring your awareness inside your body.
Breathing into your lower belly,
Letting go on the exhale.
And just starting to allow your body to soften into the support beneath you,
Breathing,
Letting go and softening deeper into the wisdom of your body.
And now from up above,
Imagine a column of golden light coming down and just feeling that golden light begin to surround your body and just beginning to bring in softness,
Soothing and calm and feeling it begin to come into your skin,
Beginning to move around your body,
Into your blood,
Your bones,
Your cells,
Allowing this golden light to activate and to hold you and then feeling it come down out of your body and into the earth,
Where it goes right down to the core,
The center of the earth.
And at the center,
Fusing together with Mother Earth's energy,
Her holding,
Her grounding,
Her support,
Her creative power.
And then feeling that energy come back up through all the layers of the earth and just draw it back up into your body,
Allowing your body to fully receive it,
Be held by it and supported by it,
Deeply breathing it in.
And from this place,
Just beginning to bring your awareness to your heart space and just beginning to notice how it feels.
You might like to place one or both of your hands there,
But just do what feels good to you today.
And just begin to breathe into this area,
Inviting it to soften,
Inviting it to open just a little bit more.
And as you breathe into your heart,
Just beginning to come a little closer,
Maybe bringing your awareness inside or even taking yourself inside your body,
Getting closer to your heart.
And as you do,
Just beginning to notice it from this perspective.
How does your heart feel?
What do you notice?
And as you breathe into it,
Just asking,
What does your heart need?
Being totally open to whatever it shares,
And if it doesn't,
That's always fine.
And so if it feels good,
And if it did share,
Inviting you to imagine bringing in whatever it is that your heart needs.
And if it didn't answer,
You might like to bring in love,
Support,
Holding,
Just simply imagine that your heart is receiving this as you tend to it,
Giving it what it needs.
And now we're going to invite your heart to show you more about its power.
And so if it's open to sharing,
Inviting it to show you or share with you in some way what its power is,
Being totally open to whatever that might be today.
And how can your heart support you on your journey?
And how are you being called to bring more of the power of your heart into the world right now?
And is there anything else your heart would like to share with you today?
So just receiving any wisdom,
Any guidance from your heart,
Knowing that the inspiration,
The guidance might come later,
Deeply thanking your heart,
Knowing you can come back and connect here at any time,
Breathing it in,
Allowing the energy to ground down through your body,
Down into the earth and just anchoring it into the physical.
And just taking a couple more breaths.
And then just slowly beginning to feel yourself back in your full body,
Maybe moving a little bit,
Just to begin to feel yourself back in the physical.
And when you feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes and bring yourself back.
