What is manifesting and how is it that you can create your dream life or create your dream relationship?
And so my name is Emerald Sinclair,
I'm a love and manifestation coach and I teach women how to manifest love and so in order to manifest love you truly do need to know what is manifesting,
What is that concept and how do you do it.
And so I want to break it down really simply for you so that you can create what it is that you desire in not only your love life but in life in general.
So manifestation is something that you are always doing and here's why.
So manifesting is something that was once in your head that then happens in your reality and so when you think about anything that was created in the world from the skyscrapers to plants that you plant in the ground that turn into crops for us to eat it all had to be conceived first in the mind.
You had to think about it then you had to believe it was possible and then you had to take action.
So that's manifesting you had to think about it you need to believe it's possible and you need to take action.
And so when it comes to manifesting love you need to think about well what is it that you truly desire in a partnership and then you have to believe it you have to believe that it's possible you have to believe that what you want exists that this person exists you have to believe that you're worthy of love and believe that you're worthy of receiving it.
And then herein lies the rub it's not enough to just sit at home and visualize what you want in a partner you need to go out into the world and take action.
So whether that means you have an online dating profile whether that means you're telling your friends you're single and you want to be set up you're going out on dates or you're doing things you love.
I met my partner at an Abraham Hicks conference and so I had to be out in the world I had to be interacting with human beings I had to believe it was possible and so I had to take action I had to act as if and that's an entire concept in the manifesting world right.
And so with manifesting the challenge is that people are focusing on what is and so if you're single and you want a relationship you're putting so much of your energy on the fact that you're single there's no good men out there men only want one thing online dating is hard I can't date during quarantine whatever it is you're focusing on what is and the more you continue to focus on what is the more you will continue to get what is.
It's like Groundhog Day it's the same thing over and over and over and over again but if you think of any visionary if you think of any person who has who is an inventor who's created anything they had to think about it and believe it was possible even though it didn't exist yet.
Think about Steve Jobs I mean I'm on an iPhone propped up on my MacBook Air like he had to envision that you could put thousands of songs on a tiny little iPod when the only thing that existed at that time was CDs holding 15 songs he had to believe and envision that something was possible that he didn't see yet in his reality for it to manifest.
It's the same thing with anything in your life it's the same thing with love you have to envision the type of relationship you desire you have to believe it's possible even though you've never yet experienced it in your reality and so that's why so many people continue to date the same guy over and over and over again even though he's got a different name and a different face because they haven't changed their belief system around what's possible they haven't changed that expectation around love and so you just keep getting the same thing over and over and over again.
So how do you manifest something different?
Here's the thing you have to focus on what's yet to come you have to focus on what you want you have to believe it can happen and so you can speak it out loud you can write it down you can visualize you can make your list but it's not enough to just do the things unless you vibrate at that frequency and what I mean by that is your emotions your belief systems your thoughts and so if you were taking a trip this summer and everything was booked you would be believing it was gonna happen you would be packing you'd be getting time off from work you would be organizing your itinerary your schedule like think about that energy for example my partner and I we're gonna spend the summer in Italy we're booking the tickets we're moving out of the house we're packing things up we're getting in the storage unit we're taking action based on the fact that we're taking this trip and we believe it's gonna happen versus I want to go to Italy this summer wanting to go to Italy is not the same as packing up the house rent in a u-haul renting a storage unit packing our suitcases getting our visas booking our tickets you see the difference here so woman a believes in love she makes her list she works on herself she goes out into the world she changes how she's talking she's talking about love she's talking about the man she's talking about she believes it's gonna happen she might be even changing things around in her life and her living situation she's gonna stop sleeping with that friends with benefits because she believes the man is coming this is the year she's ready she's available she's organizing all the pieces in her life to be available to manifest love because she knows it's gonna happen she believes it's gonna happen she's taking action that it's gonna happen woman too I so want a husband I don't want to be alone anymore but being alone sucks so I'm just gonna keep sleeping with this guy because it feels good and online dating sucks I hate online dating but I guess I'll do it cuz I don't know what else to do or maybe I won't do it I don't know why don't they even like me but this is your I'm gonna meet my husband oh but I'm still living with this guy and I'm still sleeping with this other guy and I don't actually believe it's possible because I keep talking about the fact that dating sucks and online dating sucks and there's no good men in my town and why don't men like me when am I gonna meet the one I want this to be the year you see the difference it's completely different mindset so the woman who's taking the trip and has booked her itinerary and is organizing her life around the fact because she knows it's gonna happen she believes it's gonna happen versus the woman who wants love or wants to take the trip but doesn't do anything to take the trip the woman who wants love but is organizing her life to manifest love because she believes gonna happen is so different than the woman who wants love but still keeps acting from this place of lack okay so that is the difference of why some people manifest what they desire and why some people manifest love and they don't because it has to do with your belief system has to do with you taking action right so if you knew this was going to be the year that you manifested love how would you change your life how would you start to talk what would you start to do are there things you have to arrange in your life or if we just think about manifesting in a bigger sense if you knew your business was gonna take off or if you knew this was the year you were creating your business if you knew this was the year you were paying off your debt if you knew this was the year you were buying a house how would you start to organize not only your life but your things your friendships your trips your thoughts your words your belief systems all of this needs to be an alignment for you to create something that you don't yet have and when you continue to focus on what you have right now you'll get more of that that's called regurgitating reality that's called observing what is but anybody in the world who has created something that didn't exist and I'm gonna use the Steve Jobs iPad and iPod example he had to envision it was possible and believe it was possible and take action for it to manifest so whatever it is you're manifesting love money career dream job a trip around the world you have to believe it's possible and you have to focus on the reality that isn't here yet you have to start talking about the trip as if it's gonna happen start talking about the love of your life this is the year you're gonna get your dream job so what needs to be cleaned up for it to happen you need to do the mindset work to focus on the future the vibrational reality that isn't here yet so does that make sense in order to manifest successfully in order to consciously create your reality instead of regurgitate what is you need to get good in your mind of focusing on what's coming and believing it's possible so just think about a trip the difference of the booked trip versus the trip you want to take the difference of the woman who knows this is the year she meets her man and enrolls in courses and reads books or hires a coach rearranges her house kicks out the roommate starts stop sleeping with her friends with benefit like that's the woman who's gonna manifest love versus the woman who wants love but isn't willing to change her thoughts her habits her belief systems her actions her house like anything in her life nothing's gonna change so sending you sending you so much love here is to you manifesting everything you desire the love of your life the life of your dreams here's to you truly embodying your value your worth being in alignment with your dreams like that's how you create whatever it is that you desire you have to embody it you have to believe it you have to feel it you have to see it and so that is my wish my hope my dream for
