Hey,

Good morning.

I hope that you slept well and now it's time to Give yourself a morning boost for the new day So if you have just woken up if you're still in bed Then you can gently sit up in your bed or wherever is comfortable for you You can sit cross-legged or however you choose to sit But take a moment right now A moment for yourself to set your intentions for today so get comfortable and Just begin by having a little bit of a stretch Starting off with your neck Gently move your head to the left and to the right To the left and feel the stretch on your neck and to the right Notice all of the muscles in your neck as they are just stretching out And now your shoulders Moving them backwards rolling them Pulling them down away from your ears and up towards your ears And down And now give yourself a twist with your arms reaching around your body to the left and around to the right reaching your arms stretching your back and Now we want to take a minute to have some deep breaths To help us to get ready for the day so Breathing in and breathing out Breathing in positivity and breathing out any negativity Letting it go Now as you breathe in allow yourself to feel relaxed and calm and As you exhale let go of any stress or worry carry on with these deep breaths and spend this next couple of minutes Just thinking about your intentions for today If you had to set yourself some goals for today Ask yourself,

What would those goals be?

Try not to overwhelm yourself and put too much on your plate but just pinpoint One or two goals for your day That you would feel really really proud of yourself if you achieved these things Once you have in your mind your goals I want you to take a second to just think about the first step to completing those goals for an example if your goal was to completely tidy your house the first step might be To pick up the rubbish So spend a second now just thinking about that step one Now I know that sometimes it can be overwhelming When there's lots to do it can be really difficult sometimes to get started But anytime you feel as though you're overwhelmed I Want you to take a moment?

Take a deep breath And remind yourself That you can do this You've got this Don't be too hard on yourself You have got this Just allow yourself to Work one step at a time Focusing on the small parts that lead to the goal and each step Being kind to yourself Reminding yourself that you can do this And that you've got this So now what I want you to do is To make it your mission To now go and start working on That first step in completing your goals Anytime you feel as though you are procrastinating or as though you have No energy to do the things you need to do Be kind to yourself But remind yourself that you can do this And how good you will feel after you have done it How amazing you will feel once you have completed this task Once this task is complete you're going to feel incredible So now's your time Go and start right now Remind yourself that you've got this You can do this Don't anyone else do it Don't let anyone stand in your way And don't let anything stop you And just remember that Once you have finished you're going to feel amazing So I believe in you.
