Hello,

Divine soul.

This is a guided journey to go and meet your dream guy,

Who will help you with decoding your dreams,

Activating your dreams,

Becoming lucid,

And with your dream work in general.

For some of you,

This journey will work powerfully the first time you try it.

For some of you who have less experience with astral traveling,

You may need to try a few times.

Repeat as necessary.

It does not matter if you don't follow this suggestion,

But I would recommend doing this practice in the morning as opposed to the evening.

When you come back out,

You may feel too awake to go into sleep space.

For those of you with less experience,

It is important to note that you are safe and protected.

Please create a space where you feel safe and will not be disturbed.

You may journey seated or lying down,

But if you tend to fall asleep,

Then it is useful to prop yourself up on pillows.

It is perfectly acceptable if during the journey you come back into your physical body and the room.

Don't let this worry you.

Just gently enter back into the realm that you are traveling through.

It is normal to bounce back and forth when you are not used to this kind of traveling.

With practice,

You will get better.

When I say visualize or see or envision,

It is perfectly acceptable to not see in the way that you see with your physical eyes.

Just allow your imagination to provide whatever information it does.

Allow it to use all of your inner senses.

Maybe there is a sound or a feeling of the presence of something.

Just relax and receive whatever you receive.

It will never be the same as your physical eyes,

Though it may be more incredible than what you could ever see with the physical eyes.

So just be open and trust.

If at any point anything in the astral realms scares you,

If you don't feel safe,

Just come back into your body.

Really,

It's all only you.

So there is nothing to fear,

And this is unlikely to happen.

So just come back and you can try again another day.

It is absolutely essential that you are able to enter into deep relaxation.

If you need to pause this audio now to do some stretching or to go for a walk first,

Please do so.

You may even want to do the sleep time yoga video provided in this course.

At the very least,

Move your spine in all directions and stretch out any tension.

If you have a crystal that you use for dreaming or dream work,

Then have that present too.

Clear your space,

Make your preparations sacred.

This is deep work and should be properly prepared for.

Once you are ready,

We can begin with relaxation.

Begin by tapping into your breath.

Allow yourself to listen to the drumming.

Allow yourself to be taken by the drumming.

Allow the breath to become one with the drumming.

Allow yourself to breathe in deeply,

Allowing for the expansion of your stomach.

Perhaps even pausing in that space between inhale and exhale,

Inhale and exhale,

Allowing the breath to become slow.

And on the next inhale,

We will squeeze and hold the feet.

Inhaling and squeeze,

Exhale and let it go.

Inhaling and let it go.

We will move through every part of squeezing and releasing.

It is more preferable for this to feel natural and comfortable for you.

So don't worry if you are not perfectly synchronized with my prompts.

Inhaling and squeezing the calf muscles.

Exhaling and letting go.

Inhaling and squeezing the thighs.

Exhaling and letting go.

Inhaling and squeezing the glutes.

Exhaling and letting go.

Inhaling and squeezing the core muscles.

Exhaling and letting go.

Inhaling and squeezing the chest and upper back muscles.

Exhaling and letting it go.

Inhaling and squeezing the arms.

Exhaling and letting go.

Inhaling and squeezing the arms.

Exhaling and letting go.

Inhaling and squeezing the hands.

Exhaling and letting go.

Inhaling and contracting the neck.

Exhaling and letting go.

Inhaling and squeezing the face.

Exhaling and letting go.

Inhaling and squeezing the scalp.

Exhaling and letting go.

Inhaling and squeezing every muscle in the body.

Exhaling and letting go.

Allow yourself to fully relax with every drum beat you hear.

You hear sink deeper and deeper into yourself in a state of relaxation.

Imagine,

If you will,

That you are surrounded by blue flames,

The love and the light of the blue team protecting you,

Your body,

Your spirit,

And aiding you in traveling to meet your personal dream.

Guide that you are safe.

Know that you are in control.

Above you is a portal,

Which takes you to another realm,

The realm where you can meet your guides.

Imagine that you are floating out of your body and entering through this portal,

Arriving at a space,

An entrance to a forest.

Stand at this entrance and look down at your feet.

Feel the earth beneath you.

See through your inner eye.

Notice the quality of the ground.

Is it moist and covered in moss?

Or is it dry and covered with leaves from the trees?

And as this vision of the ground becomes more solidified,

Allow yourself to look up at the entrance of the forest and take in the path that you are about.

Notice what is around you,

What kinds of trees are present.

What other plants are here?

Are there any animals?

What can you smell?

What can you hear?

Take a step forward and allow the vision to adjust.

Feel your feet on the ground and slowly meander your way deep into the forest.

Perhaps you walk past a river or maybe an ancient tree.

Maybe creatures appear to be peeking from behind the bushes,

Walking deeper and deeper into the forest of your psyche until you reach a doorway or gateway of some kind.

Notice what your doorway looks like.

It may be a hole in the ground or a tree.

Or maybe it is a swirling vortex of energy.

Observe and take note of this place,

For this is your special entry point to access your dream guide.

Get ready to enter in.

For once you do,

You will meet a being that is your personal dream guide.

Enter in,

Crossing over thresholds in a clearing space.

You will lose some time here to meet with your guide.

If no one is there,

Simply take a seat.

Invite them to come.

Be sure to ask your guide for their name,

To ask how you can call them,

To ask how you can honor them.

In five minutes,

I will call you back.

It is time to say goodbye and to come and journey back.

Say thank you to your dream guide and enter back through the doorway,

Making your way back down to the entrance of the forest.

One step at a time.

Enter back through the portal that brings you back to your body in the physical space.

Tap your body to come back.

Be sure to drink enough water and spend some time now journaling so that you are able to ground this experience down with your guide.
