Namaste,

Welcome to another meditation.

I am Lini and I honor your presence here.

It's time to train your mind to relax and focus on the present moment.

Let's start by calming your nervous system and clearing your subconscious mind of distractions.

I invite you to keep your eyes open for now and choose a very comfortable position.

Now take a deep breath.

With each inhale,

Feel the oxygen nourishing your body.

And as you exhale very slowly,

Feel a wave of relaxation passing through your shoulders,

Arms and hands.

Again,

Take a deep breath and exhale very slowly.

You are relaxed.

With your eyes still open,

Take a few moments to just feel the energy of the environment.

Allow your eyes to witness what is around you.

Pay attention to the closest objects,

To those further from you.

What your eyes are seeing is the present moment.

Feel how loyal your body is to this moment.

Be open to expand your senses and experience the power of your sight,

Smell and touch.

What colors do you see?

Do you smell anything specific?

Bring your attention to your physical sensations.

How does your body feel being supported by the surface beneath you?

How is the temperature where you are?

This awareness keeps you in the now.

You are focused and concentrated in the present moment.

Remember that tomorrow is an illusion and yesterday is just a memory.

All you have is the eternal moment of now.

That's what is really happening in your life.

Now let your eyes gently close.

Your facial muscles remain very relaxed.

I invite you to carry in your heart the following five powerful affirmations.

I am calm and focused in everything I do.

Everything I do,

I do with love.

I am aware of what keeps me from staying focused.

I choose to focus on what elevates my wellbeing.

I easily focus my thoughts on one task at a time.

You have all the tools you need to clear your mind of distractions and connect with the power of now.

You are ready to focus on what really matters.

Our practice has come to an end.

Open your eyes whenever you are ready.
