Lynne Morrison

While seeking ways of managing her life-limiting Anxiety and Depression, Lynne explored various Meditation techniques. Mindfulness has helped her create a ‘safety net’ that helps her cope on an everyday basis when depression and panic arise. It has helped her live a vibrant, worthy, compassionate, and happy life despite her lived experience. She became a Meditation Teacher so that she could continue her practice and share the healing and transformative power of Meditation with others.
