Get comfortable.
Rest your hands on your belly and close the eyes now.
Feel your breath coming in and going out,
How it moves your hands as you breathe.
Open the muscles,
Let your body sink down into the surface below.
Know that you are completely safe and secure in this session.
Your mind will go on a journey and it will seem very real,
So immerse yourself in this experience.
It is here for you to have a powerful experience.
Begin to recall what you were doing earlier today.
Notice the people you talked with,
The places you went,
The food you ate,
And the feelings you had.
Just remembering the day.
Can you remember the moment you woke up this morning?
What was the first thing you did after you got out of bed?
Really make your visuals vivid.
You can remember how things felt in your surroundings.
Imagine that you are touching things throughout your day.
Make your visuals vibrant and colorful.
The more real you can imagine your day,
The better.
Good,
You are doing so well.
Now we will take our mind into the future just one day tomorrow.
Imagine waking up in your bed just as you normally do.
Thinking through your morning routine as you always do.
Imagine that you get in your car and you begin to drive.
If you don't have a car,
Just imagine that you are driving a car.
You can feel the steering wheel in your hands.
You can hear the motor pulling the car.
You can even feel your feet on the pedals,
Pressing the gas and the brake as you need to.
The weather is nice and clear,
But a cloud is coming on the horizon.
You continue driving.
The weather quickly turns from sunny to cloudy.
A dark rain cloud comes overhead.
A storm begins to pour down,
Making the roads slippery and wet.
As you make your way around a curve,
You slightly press the brake and turn the steering wheel.
The wind has picked up and it is blowing all the trees very strongly.
Ahead in the road,
The storm is so violent that it knocks down a tree just in front of your car.
Your body reacts,
Hits the brake and swerves to avoid.
Your car goes careening off the road and into the woods.
That is the last thing you remember of driving.
Now you hear machines beeping around you.
People all around you,
Talking quickly,
Instructing each other on what to do.
You realize that you have been in a car accident and are now in the hospital.
The doctors and nurses are assessing your condition.
You feel a lot of pain physically and you are unsure if you are okay.
The energy in the room heightens and you hear the machines start to slow down.
A beeping which represents your heart rate is becoming slower and slower.
You hear the sound of flatlining.
The beep is constant.
The people around you are doing everything they can to save your life.
And within an instant,
You see yourself from an outside perspective.
You can see that you are lying on the hospital bed and there are people all around you,
Working diligently to save your life.
The thought comes to you,
Oh my goodness,
I am dead.
I don't know how this happened or why,
But there I am on the table.
I am now dead.
There is absolutely no pain,
No concern,
No worry.
You are feeling a moment of pure bliss.
You feel perfect.
You are not really sure what you will do.
This is all new to you,
Being dead.
And beside the hospital bed,
You see three ancient men.
And by ancient,
I mean they are beyond old.
It appears that they are almost 300 years old.
They explain to you that you have prematurely died.
The first thought that you have is that you want to see your loved ones.
You automatically float and drift to your home.
You see your family members and you worry how their life would be should you not continue to live.
And you are shown each phase of every family member's life after your death.
And you are shown that they will be okay without you.
And you know what?
Your family is going to be okay.
And when this realization comes over you,
You are drawn back to the hospital bed.
And then you feel yourself being drawn into this immense tunnel.
It is made of clouds and you are floating through it effortlessly.
There are sounds,
Music,
Chimes as you travel through the comforting tunnel.
You come to the end of the tunnel,
Which is a void black space.
And suddenly a form appears shrouded in light.
His arms spread out wide,
Waiting to hug you.
As you embrace this very important person,
They whisper in your ear,
It is not yet your time.
Three beautiful angels appear beside him.
He said,
Take this soul and show them everything they need to know.
The angels lead you to a magnificent garden.
It is beautiful beyond anything you've ever seen before.
The colors are brighter than anything on earth.
Flowers are blooming,
Varieties that do not even exist on our earth.
The sweet aroma around you is filling you with an intense love.
This is beyond anything you've ever seen on earth.
It is the most beautiful garden ever.
And you wonder,
Is this heaven?
After spending some time in the immaculate garden,
The angels come into the garden again and ask you,
Would you like to see more?
Yes,
I am.
And they take you and you turn into pure light.
Going up and out into the solar system.
The vastness of the open universe is incredible.
You are traveling beyond the speed of light,
Everywhere you can imagine.
And then,
The figure appears again,
The incredible man that you first met at the end of the tunnel.
And he says,
It is time to return.
The feeling you have to these words is no,
I cannot go.
I am too free.
I feel amazing.
You do not want to leave the love you are feeling here,
That total acceptance.
And then you see a beautiful man and you instantly know that this is God.
You run to him and fall at his feet,
Resting your head in his lap.
And he tells you that you have an important mission.
I will show you what your mission entails and then you must go back.

It is very clear.
The tunnel appears that you came through and you travel down back to your body.
You see your body there on the hospital bed and you hear that you are stable.
You do not want to enter your body again,
But you know you are compelled to fill your mission.
Your soul lays down in your physical body and you feel the heaviness of the material world.
You have a miraculous recovery and are soon back in your home,
Healthy and well.
The experience stays with you forever and you can recall the magical garden,
The angels,
And God.
You know what lies beyond death's door and it is wonderful.
And with this knowing,
You have become less materialistic.
You have an increased belief in the afterlife.
Your values have changed.
You are more loving,
More kind,
And your intuition is heightened to a level like never before.
You know exactly what to do in any given moment.
Now you know your mission is to help people in any way that you are gifted in.
You have total love for everything and everyone.
It is an intense love like never before for everyone.
It is so new and fresh.
You care about everybody.
And the fear of dying has completely vanished.
You know that if you died,
It would be perfectly okay.
But it is not your time.
You have much more to do.
Now as your session has come to an end,
Take with you everything you've learned here and use it to make your life better and the lives of others.

Letting your eyes pop open whenever they feel ready to.
