The journey of the soul coming back to self,
Holding yourself in a safe space,
Relaxation,
Self love and self care.
Take this moment to perhaps place your hands over heart centre,
Taking a deep breath in and releasing in this connection back with yourself,
Your soul.
Take some deep restorative breaths and with each exhale,
Relaxing,
Deepening,
Releasing.
Allow this tender rise and fall of the breath,
For in this moment you are all your being.
The full of the breath,
The meditative space.
Allowing your body to sink a little deeper into the surface below you,
Becoming more aware of the surface beneath your skin.
Being aware of any tension in the body,
Gently acknowledging these tensions and ask your body to release them.
Acknowledge your mind and your thoughts and ask yourself to release them for the next few moments,
Bringing in the sense of calm,
Bringing in the knowing that you are in a safe space,
Relaxation and letting go.
Taking a deep breath in,
As if you are drawing the breath up through the soles of your feet,
Allowing it to travel up your body to the top of the head and then as you exhale,
Imagine the breath leaving the top of the head back down through the base of your feet,
Creating a whole body breath.
Drawing the air and the energy from the earth itself in through the base of the feet,
Up through the body,
Travelling gently slowly to the top of the head and back down again through the base of the feet.
Whole body breath slowly,
Gently healing as your breath softens and deepens,
Connecting with the earth,
Connecting with yourself.
Allow yourself to do this another breath or two,
A soothing,
Gentle breath.
And imagine now there's a path ahead of you and that you look down at your feet and your feet are there and as you step along this path you notice the sensation of the ground under your feet and under your skin,
Becoming aware of what this feels like,
Of any colours or textures and notice the space around you as you walk along the path,
Taking in details and if you wish you can imagine reaching up your hand to touch and as you go along the path you start to notice a door ahead of you,
As you get closer imagine what this door looks like to you,
The colour,
The shape,
The texture.
When you reach the door you notice a handle,
Reach out and turn the handle,
Noticing how it feels under your hand,
Under your skin and you open the door and as you step inside a beautiful garden you step through,
Noticing the change of sensation under your foot,
Noticing if the grass is dry or damp,
Noticing the colours that you see,
Noticing any trees or birds or butterflies,
Take your time walking through this garden and you notice a tree ahead of you,
This tree is glorious with a trunk so full,
So full of detail,
Lifetimes within lifetimes within this trunk,
Within the bark,
Within the roots,
This tree has seen many things,
This tree is full of wisdom,
Take a moment to become aware of this tree,
The details,
The shapes,
The branches,
The leaves,
Walking around this tree,
Reaching out and touching it,
Tracing the detail under your hand and you sit a while resting against it and you feel the wisdom and the power of earth and nature and life coming into your hands,
This wisdom shows you that for all you may feel disconnected or lost or alone and indeed you are never alone,
All you have is within,
Within you is a lifetime of lifetimes,
Within you is love eternally,
Within you is the peace you so desire,
We're just going to be feeling this sense of peace,
This sense of love,
This sense of connection with the feelings in your body,
Here you feel safe,
Here you feel peace,
Here you feel love,
Notice the gentle sun resting in your face,
A warm glow,
A slight sweetness in the air,
Full sense of peace and relaxation,
The sturdiness of the trunk supporting you,
A deep sense of peace,
You start to rise now facing the sun,
Facing branches and leaves,
Breathing out the air,
Feeling free and easy to move your body,
Weightless,
Lightened,
Effortless,
As you step back through the garden you're aware of the changes within you,
Noticing how this feels,
Noticing the slight difference in your steps as you head back towards the door and closer to the door now,
Reaching out with a handle,
Knowing as you leave this garden you're connected with peace,
You're connected to self,
Your love,
And you step back through onto the path,
Noticing the change in sensation under your feet,
Step by step,
And you're going to move down the path until you see yourself again,
And hold for a moment,
Watching yourself,
And hold deep gratitude for all that you are,
And all that you've done,
And with the next breath you become one again with yourself,
Coming back to the whole body breath,
Feeling it rise and fall,
Repeating,
I'm safe,
I'm loved,
I'm at peace,
I am safe,
I am loved,
I am at peace,
I am safe,
I am loved,
I am at peace,
And breathing now imagining blue layer of protective light coming over your body,
Allowing a sense of being,
As we start to breathe the whole body breath,
Becoming more aware of the sensations in our body,
Becoming more aware of the room or space you're in,
Becoming more aware of the space within you,
This deep sense of knowing,
This peace,
And when you're ready,
You come to your day,
You'll drift off into a deep restorative sleep,
You are light,
You are here,
You are real,
You become the Nurse of your jungle.
