Welcome to your magical moment.

Your magical moment is just for you.

It is where we use superpower words to help you when you're feeling stressed or worried or sad.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie or if you wish you can stand like your favourite superhero or your favourite animal.

Anyone that you think of that makes you feel happy or strong.

So we're just going to focus on the breath.

We're going to do nice soft strong breaths.

Now what animal would have soft strong breaths?

Perhaps an elephant.

If you think about it an elephant is big and strong.

He also walks slowly swaying his trunk.

Maybe you can think of a different animal.

So let's imagine we're this animal breathing nice and soft but also strong breaths.

Slow and strong.

Breathing in and out.

And our superpower words are.

I am strong.

I am loved.

I am calm.

And I believe in me.

I am strong.

I am calm.

I am loved.

And I believe in me.

I am strong.

I am calm.

I am loved.

And I believe in me.

And let's start bringing in more of that beautiful animal breath.

What animal makes you really happy?

Or maybe even makes you laugh or giggle when you look at it.

Let's imagine this animal friend is next to us.

As we say our superpower words again,

And your animal is going to say them with a smile.

I am strong.

I am calm.

I am loved.

And I believe in me.

I am strong.

And I believe in me.

You can use any of those superpower words whenever you need to.

And it's okay if sometimes you feel sad or worried.

And we all feel that way sometimes.

Just say to yourself,

I'm sad,

I'm worried.

And that's okay.

I am strong.

I am loved.

And I believe in me.

And that some of those worries or sadness just float away.

You are strong.

You are loved.

And you can believe in you.

I believe in you.

And wishing you a beautiful magical day or sleep.

Knowing you can bring in the magic of your animals anytime.

Picturing things that help you feel happy.

Knowing that you are strong.

You are loved.

You believe in you.
