Welcome.

I invite you into this three step breathing space practice.

You can do this practice sitting down or standing up,

Whatever you choose.

Just start by adjusting your body however you are to awareness of your body sitting or standing or perhaps even lying down in the space where you are just being aware and awake and present to the moment of now.

And as you come into the first step of this breathing space,

Perhaps we call it just noticing.

You just notice what's going on for you now.

Notice what you're feeling in your body,

Any thoughts,

What your mood is and just checking in with yourself.

How are you feeling right now?

And as you're ready,

Coming into the second step of the breathing space,

Coming close to your breath,

Allowing you to bring your attention to your breath down,

Deep in your body and noticing where you can feel your breath inside your body.

Perhaps it's in your belly and you just notice the fullness of your breath there.

Being inside your body.

And as you're ready,

Perhaps coming to the third step of the breathing space,

Just perhaps calling it and letting it be expanding.

And so perhaps you expand out your breath to your whole body,

Allowing your body to be a full breathing body.

And when you're ready,

As you begin to come to the end of this practice,

Just coming home once again to the sense of awareness and fullness and presence in this moment.

And the awareness of your breath and your body for the rest of your day.
