So hi and warm welcome to this Lift Your Vibe.
This is just a short moment to check in and I was thinking today that we were going to do a little co-creation for the summer that is coming up.
So I think we should just get going and just get seated.
Comfortable.
And if you can,
Just shake your body a little.
Shake your arms.
Let's just shake off this spring.
That's been,
All that's been,
Or if you have any thoughts of what to come this summer,
Just shake it off and let's get fresh with the energy.
And then please just close your eyes and we take a few really deep breaths.
And just sink into your body.
Sink into the surface.
Maybe you are sitting,
Lying down.
Standing.
And let your body know that it's okay to relax.
Let your mind know that it's okay to become quiet.
This is a moment for you to just be.
Without anything.
That you have to do,
Solve,
Think about.
And we take another really deep breath.
And then just feel yourself becoming heavy.
Your body is relaxing,
Letting go.
It's almost as if you are being pulled down by Mother Earth.
And it's a comfortable heaviness in your body.
Where you can release any tension.
And just breathe.
And just imagine yourself becoming one with nature.
Mothers.
As if your feet are grounded,
Solid.
Stayable.
And just let go.
Then,
At the same time,
Imagine that you are gently being pulled by the universe.
The top of your head.
And it's a light energy that is pulling you upwards.
In your energy.
Still firmly grounded with Mother Earth.
And just let this pull from the universe.
Be soft and gentle.
Maybe you feel yourself straighten your back,
Your neck.
And imagine this light moving through your body.
Awakening your body.
And then at the center,
At your whole chakra.
Coming from within you.
There's a light,
A ball of light.
That is growing.
And this ball of light is connected to you,
Your heart.
To the universe,
To Mother Earth.
Like a hub in the center.
And maybe you see this light covering your body or Maybe you're holding it in your hand.
Or maybe it's.
.
.
At your heart chakra.
Just let whatever comes be the right thing for now.
And with this light,
We take another deep breath.
And then ask yourself and let the answer come naturally or organically.
If there is one emotion you would like to feel this coming summer.

8 weeks.
What would that be?
One emotion that you would like to feel.
In the coming four to eight weeks.
What emotion would that be?
And there are no right or wrong.
Just let any answer be the one for you right now.
And if you don't get an answer or you can't think of an emotion you would like to feel and ask your energy to choose one for you.
And then we are going to put that into the lights that you are.
Holding at the centre.
Between Mother Earth and Father Universe.
And add this emotion.
For it to grow in the most loving way.
Light wave.
And we take another deep breath.
And then ask yourself in the coming four to eight weeks.
Is there one thing that you would like to let go or change?
So in the coming four to eight weeks,
Is there something you would like to let go of?
Or change.
And again,
Just let whatever comes to you be the answer for now.
It could be small,
It could be big.
And if you can't think of something,
Ask your energy to.
Choose something that's in your highest good.
And when you feel ready,
You can add that,
Your answer,
Into the light.
The center between mother earth and father universe.
The light that you are holding.
And allow it to transform or be dissolved.
At the perfect time for you.
In a way that's comfortable and safe.
In your highest light.
And we take another deep breath.
And then ask yourselves.
Is there one thing you would like to expand or bring in?
During these four to eight weeks.
So if there is one thing that you would like to expand or Bring in to your life.
During these four to eight weeks that we have in front of us.
And again let any answer be the right one.
For this time.
And if you can't think of one thing,
Then ask your energy to choose what's in your highest good for now.
And then add that to the light at the center.
Between mothers and for the universe.
The light that is coming from you,
Your heart chakra.
Your core.
And allow it to.
Blue,
It's like the summer.
See some.
And we take another deep breath.
And if you like you can see yourself Just taking all these three things.
In your hand,
Holding it to your heart.
And you can say out loud or in your head,
So be it.
And we take another deep breath.
And you can come back.
Into your body,
Back into the moment.
Maybe shake your body a little bit.
Move your neck.
Open your eyes.
And I recommend that you write down the three things that you,
If you got anything,
The three things that you,
The emotion you wanted to feel during the summer,
The one thing you wanted to let go of or change,
And the one thing that you wanted to expand and bring in.
During these four to eight weeks.
