Sit down in a comfortable position and invite your eyes to close.
Imagine yourself walking in a very peaceful forest with trees of all shapes and colors.
The light is passing through their branches,
Giving a relaxing and mystical aspect to the scenery.
You feel protected by all those trees from any danger.
You are at home.
As you walk through the forest,
One tree especially catches your attention.
You walk up closer and place your hand on it.
Notice its texture,
Its smell,
Its color.
As you touch that tree,
You realize that you have been guided and supported during your entire life.
All the challenges you faced in the past made you who you are today,
Exactly as this gorgeous tree that you have been attracted by.
Its branches,
As its roots are not straight,
But on the contrary,
They are taking detours,
Complicated shapes in order to be even more efficient,
To get the best nutrients ever from the earth for the structure to grow higher.
From this analogy,
You eventually realize that there is a bigger purpose in every obstacle coming on your path.
Even though it might be hard to see the bigger picture right now,
Know that what you are doing,
What you are going through now,
Will only make you wiser and stronger.
Those obstacles will only allow your roots to go even deeper,
To make you even more stable.
That beautiful tree which has been growing deeper roots might be the one which is the most resilient.
From the earth to the sky,
You are breathing,
You are living.
Find a blessing in your personal challenges,
Because this is being an alchemist.
Whenever you feel ready,
You can start to move again,
Remembering that everything is here,
That you can go back at any moment to this precious moment.
