Yoga Nidra: Settling Into What Is
Welcome to this practice of Yoga Nidra. Please set up in a quiet place with as many props to support your rest as you wish. You can have pillows, blankets, socks, etc. Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation practice, lying down. When people first discover it, they may fall asleep, but eventually One learns to remain present within the slower brain waves into an altered state of awareness where you meet yourself in new and revolutionary ways.
