
Healing Meditation, Let Go Of Memories That Hold You Down

Be your own healer, stand in the waterfall of light and gratitude, raise your frequencies, and heal. Come on this journey with me and learn how to change situations from your past that drag you down and keep you from being the best version of yourself that you can be.
Transcript
Welcome to this meditation.
Find a comfortable seat,
Sit down,
Lay down,
Whatever feels right for you in this moment.
Place yourself,
Start to feel your body,
Feel your breath coming in and moving out.
We want to start by raising our frequencies using gratitude because it's always easier to connect yourself to what you truly are once you have raised your frequencies.
So I'd like you to take a deep breath into your stomach and chest and on your out breath say I am thankful for and see what comes.
Do it again,
Take a deep inhale into stomach and chest,
Exhale I am thankful for this moment.
Take a few more in-breath and on each breath that you take out verbalize something loud or quietly that you are thankful for and see what this gratitude does for you.
Maybe it lifts you up a little bit.
Remember that everything you're actively grateful for,
The universe is gonna send you more of.
So make this a daily practice for yourself.
Maybe even before you open your eyes,
Just when you wake up be thankful for big things,
For tiny things,
It doesn't matter.
There is always something to be grateful for as long as you're alive.
It can be a little bit of clean air or a drop of clean water or an ocean of love that surrounds you.
Just see what it is.
And then I'd like you to use this imagination,
This powerful tool of imagining things and imagine this drop of gratitude coming down to you,
Surrounding your body,
Surrounding your system and see what it does.
See what it feels like to be surrounded by this shining light of gratitude and see if you can make it more drops coming down to you.
Maybe it can even become a whole waterfall,
A waterfall of light,
Of love,
Of gratitude,
Of acceptance,
Of understanding and see what it does to you.
See yourself slowly moving in this waterfall of light.
Maybe you can take a dip,
Maybe you can float on this water that is coming out of the waterfall.
Just embrace yourself in this moment and maybe you can love yourself a little bit more in this moment right now.
And you can use this time to say some affirmations if it feels right for you.
You can say today I am healing,
Today I'm strong,
Today I trust in myself,
I take responsibility for myself and the way I love myself,
Today I will learn to love myself more and more.
I am healing.
Just see what it does to you,
What happens to your system.
Just observe,
Try to be without any kind of judgment and then if you're ready you can leave this shiny,
Watery light and see if you can see a shore.
Maybe there is a big rock or anything solid that you can sit on.
Slowly head into that direction and sit down in the warm light of the sun that is slowly drying your skin and your hair and then maybe you want to use this moment to call in an assistant for today's healing session.
So if it feels right for you,
You can simply say I am calling in a healer,
An assistant,
A spiritual guide and see what comes up,
See what happens.
Maybe this energetic being looks like an animal,
An angel or human.
Just see what comes up and if you can't quite see someone,
Try if that changes if you say I allow myself to see you because sometimes we just have some limitations and if you do just be patient,
Try to not judge yourself.
When you're ready it's gonna happen.
Okay so let's take this time to go to a moment or situation,
A memory from your life that is holding you down from being who you truly are,
From achieving what you are here for,
From achieving your soul plan.
So just tell your system I am going back to a moment that is holding me down.
I am going back to a memory that has any kind of negative impact on my life today and you don't have to think hard about what this moment would be,
Just go to the first one that comes up.
Maybe it was a moment when someone was angry at you,
A moment you were disappointed or you disappointed someone.
Whatever it is,
Look around you,
See who's there,
Where are you,
What does it feel like,
What are the colors that you can see surrounding yourself,
What are the colors,
What are the feelings,
What are the frequencies inside of you in that moment.
Try to go deep into it even if it's painful in that moment,
Don't worry and then see what happens when you tell yourself,
When you tell your system I am ready to let go of this,
I am ready to free myself from this,
I'm letting go of this karmic entanglement.
See what happens and then see if you can visit yourself in that situation and if you can see what you would have needed in that situation and add light to the situation.
Maybe your spiritual helpers,
Your assistants are there with you and see what happens if you say I'm thanking you for bringing this situation,
This image,
This memory,
This picture into light and harmony.
I let it go and just see what happens,
Just observe,
See what you are doing in that situation,
See what the other people are doing,
See what is changing and then see if you still feel the same way.
Check your frequencies,
Check your emotions,
Did anything change and maybe the situation changed a lot already,
Maybe there are some things that you want to actively change with your imagination now,
Maybe you want things to be more beautiful,
More light,
More easy and you can imagine yourself to be some sort of architect of the situation,
So see what changes if you add things like flowers,
Change things like the colors of the walls,
Paint them,
Maybe you want to put a beautiful painting on a wall,
Maybe you want to change your clothes,
This is your memory,
This is your moment,
You can do anything,
That is how powerful you are,
That is how much you can be your own healer,
Try to accept that as much as you can.
Now you can stay in the situation for as long as you want,
See if you want to place it because all of those memories are stored in our system somewhere,
See if you want to place it somewhere else,
Maybe you want to wrap it first in some cardboard box,
In some wrapping paper,
In a basket or see if you want to hand it over to the light of creation,
By doing so you can imagine a very bright light to be there on your right side and you can put this situation in there as if it is an energetic dumpster like a black hole that is just absorbing everything you no longer need,
See what feels right for you and if you like you can just say I'm handing this memory,
This situation over to the light of creation and I'm thankful for the perfect solution for any problem related and entangled with this situation,
I'm letting go and see what happens,
See what it feels like,
Maybe this goes very quick,
Maybe this takes some time,
Maybe it's a slow process,
Most things come as they came,
So if this problem came slowly it's gonna go slowly,
If it came fast it's gonna leave fast,
Whatever it is try to trust the process here and try to trust in the architects of this universe surrounding you because you're not supposed to have problems that are taking you down,
You are supposed to grow in the best way possible,
See if you can try to look at yourself now,
Take your focus back to yourself,
Seated here,
Laying down wherever you are right now,
Try to really be there,
Be present,
Go back to your breath,
Feel it coming in through your nose because that's important,
Deep down into your stomach and your chest and maybe you can feel yourself,
Your frequencies differently now,
You can say I allow myself to heal,
I'm healing with the world around me,
I trust myself to let go and I trust myself to attract the things that I need to heal,
The tools,
The information,
The people,
The circumstances,
I invite all of those things into my system,
Into my life,
I am abundance and wisdom,
Try to connect yourself to this high version of yourself as much as you can,
As often as you can,
As often as you can,
Try to remember what you are a part of and you can take this moment,
You can use this time to think about what you really want in life,
What would your life be like once you're healed from all of those situations,
From all of those circumstances that were holding you down,
Where would you be,
How would you be,
How would this happiness feel like,
Imagine it as closely,
As deeply and as intensely as you can,
Who is this person that you really and truly are,
We are all connected,
No one is alone,
Loneliness is an illusion,
Try to feel the connection that you have to every tree,
Every flower,
Every drop of water and every person in this universe,
You are powerful,
You are beautiful and you are important,
Your frequency is unique,
The universe needs it,
Otherwise this symphony is losing a tone,
So try to play this unique frequency of yours,
The tone that is really yours,
Try to play it as gracefully,
As happily as possible,
Try to not judge yourself,
Try to not judge others,
Just be,
Now stay in this moment for as long as you wish,
Just breathe and come back to this state,
To this exercise,
As many times as you like,
As many times as you need it,
It is here for you to heal,
