
Deep Sleep Meditation - Connect To The Space Around You

This sleep Meditation was recorded in India where a lot of the roots of our spirituality come from. We´re connecting to our breath, the space around us and reflect our day. Sending out wishes and handing over worries has a big influence on our lives as we´re creating reality for ourselves day by day. Come with me on this journey and sleep.

This is a sleep meditation.
Relax your face.
Start focusing on your breath coming in and out.
Notice how it's flowing in,
How it's flowing out,
How your breath connects you with the space around you,
With the air around you.
Notice how your stomach is moving with your breath.
Notice how your chest is moving with your breath.
Try to breathe gracefully and enjoy this connectedness.
The trees and the plants around you are producing things that you are breathing in,
That your body needs.
And you are breathing out the CO2 that the trees are breathing in.
Think about this constant flow of breath,
The breath of life.
And see if you can expand the connection that you are feeling with the air around you in the room where you are right now.
See how you can expand your attention.
Feel this connection between your physical body and the space around you.
Let it grow,
Let yourself grow.
Let your space become bigger and bigger.
Let it grow bigger than this room if you can.
Let it grow bigger than the house where you are staying,
Bigger than the garden where you are staying,
Wherever you are right now.
See if you can become bigger,
Bigger in your attention,
Bigger in your attention for yourself and the space around you.
And enjoy your breath as much as you can.
What does your body feel like right now?
Notice your thoughts.
And let's take a moment to reflect on your day.
How did you feel today?
How did you speak today?
How did you think today?
How did you think about yourself and others?
Was it full of limitations and ideas of separation?
Or was it full of love,
Construction and togetherness?
Whatever it was,
Try not to judge yourself,
Just see,
Observe and think about something that you would like to do differently tomorrow.
And send this wish to yourself.
I want to speak with love tomorrow.
I want to act with kindness.
I want to see myself and others with understanding,
Compassion and love.
See if you can empower your values of connectedness.
The values that bring humanity together.
See what you would like to change and send those wishes out to yourself and to the universe.
Do you have wishes for your day tomorrow?
How would you like your morning to be?
How would you like to wake up?
Are there any specific things that you would like to happen tomorrow?
Or do you just want to call in God's blessing and guidance,
Whatever it is,
Send those wishes out to the space,
The space that you could feel around you.
And even further than that,
Send it out.
If there's something that is bothering you at the moment,
Something that wants to get your attention,
That wants to win your thoughts,
Try to hand it over to the endless wisdom of creation.
Say I am handing over this problem to the source of creation and I'm thankful for the perfect solution to the problem.
Say Amen.
You don't need to be Christian to say Amen,
It's just like a stamp of sending something.
Then try to be in the frequency of trust and see what happens tomorrow.
Try to open yourself up for the gifts of life.
Then see what it does to you,
To your body,
To your thoughts.
Feel your breath coming in and out.
Feel the space in your physical body.
Feel the connection to the air around you.
Feel the connection to the pillars,
The mattress,
The couch,
Whatever you're laying on right now.
Feel the connection to the ground beneath you.
Feel the connection to the earth and the soil that is somewhere beneath you.
Feel how it's holding you.
Give in to the strength of the earth.
See yourself.
See how lucky you are.
Think about things,
The things that you enjoyed today,
The things that you were enjoying in your life and send out gratitude.
Maybe very small things,
It might be big things.
Send out gratitude because whatever it is that you're feeling gratitude for,
The universe is going to give you more of that.
So make it a daily habit to send out gratitude and be thankful for the smallest thing,
For a nice apple you ate today,
For a nice chat,
A nice conversation you had,
For some rays of sunlight on your skin,
For the sound of the birds,
For whatever it is in your life,
Send out your gratitude.
And then see in your body,
What does it feel like to be thankful,
To feel this frequency in your system,
Gratitude.
Take some breath in and out,
Gratitude.
See if it puts a smile on your face,
Maybe just the energy of a smile on your face.
Just breathe,
Feel your body.
Feel the calmness.
And if you want to go deeper into the feeling of your body,
You can start visiting all of your body parts with your attention.
You can start in your head if that feels right for you.
You can imagine yourself having a little ball of light,
Very warm,
Dim,
Soft light and softly how it's moving in a circle in your head.
The circles can be big in the beginning and then see if you can control this ball of energy,
This ball of focus more and more.
Start visiting the different parts of your head,
Your face,
Your brain,
Your ears,
Your bones,
Your jaw and then come to your neck and shoulders.
Visit your arms and your hands.
What does the energy feel like here?
Visit your chest,
Your heart essence.
Your stomach and your spine.
Visit your sitting bones,
Your hips.
Visit your legs and your feet.
What does it feel like?
And as you are alive,
You can feel something in every part of your body.
Some of those sensations might be very subtle,
Some might be gross,
Some might be pleasant,
Some might be unpleasant.
With practice you can just visit them,
Observe,
Don't judge.
And if there is any kind of tension that you feel in your body,
See what happens if you give this frequency some love,
Some love and attention.
See what happens if you just say,
I love you.
I understand you.
I accept you.
Just observe.
And breathe.
Feel the space in your system,
In your body.
And around you,
The air,
The earth and you in peace.
