Snippets of Wisdom number 45.
When in doubt,
Recount what you know.
What do you do when you feel doubt creeping in?
How does doubt make you feel?
Do you believe in doubt?
Doubt makes us forget what we do know because it causes confusion.
Our minds get all jumbled around.
We make a decision,
Get sidetracked,
And allow doubt to creep in and steal the joy of what we already know.
So how do we get back on track?
When in doubt,
Recount what you do know.
Let's stop talking,
Whether aloud or in our minds,
About our feelings of doubt.
Instead of giving doubt more airtime,
Let's recount what we do know.
Here are a few things I know and would like to share with you.
Maybe you'll resonate with this knowing.
I do know that life is good.
I do know that I'm an extension of Source Energy.
I do know my Source is pure,
Positive energy,
And by extension,
So am I.
I do know that I'm here as a creator to expand the all that is.
I do know that the decisions I make summon life force to flow through me.
I do know that all is well.
I do know that I want to make being happy my number one priority.
I do know that what I've asked for is done and in the vibrational process of becoming.
I do know well-being is my birthright and naturally flows through my body with ease.
I do know that help is on the way.
I do know I feel loved,
Cherished,
And adored.
I do know I want to feel financially secure.
I do know I want to feel the freedom to choose from tons of options.
I do know I'm meant to travel and enjoy exciting adventures.
I do know I have the power to focus my thoughts by how I want to feel.
I do know that my emotions are guidance.
I do know I'm here to experience as much joy as possible.
Do you know any of these?
These were just a few of the things I know that I recounted in my journal.
What would you add to this list that is personally yours?
Recounting what we do know is one of the fastest ways to vanquish doubt.
If you're dealing with doubt,
Recount what you know in your journal for up to seven days.
Let me know how it turns out.
Big hugs,
Marianne
