Snippets of Wisdom Tell the story you want repeated.
Is the story you're telling about your life feel really bad?
Often we think we need to talk about what's happening to us when we experience something we deem bad.
We need to just get it out so the listener will understand our plight.
Unfortunately,
We don't stop with one conversation.
We talk about our troubles over and over.
We tell this one and then that one.
We may even join a group that is facing the same challenges.
But do you ever see any improvement by telling the story about your life that feels bad?
Usually we see the same part of our life getting worse.
It can feel like an avalanche of the same type of trouble.
It just seems to play on repeat.
Stop spewing a story you don't want to repeat.
When we repeat stories about our lives that feel bad,
That is our giant indicator that that's not the story we should be telling.
We are giving our undivided attention to that story and feeling all the agony.
Creating greater momentum for the same things to get bigger and repeat even faster.
Wouldn't you rather tell a better story that you'd love to repeat?
We're all telling stories of our lives.
Sure,
Your current situation may not be the best,
But I'll bet you can dream up a better story that would make your life feel better.
Do that.
Using your imagination is a great way to create the life you dream about.
You have to dream it,
Feel all the good feels,
And tell that story so the universe knows what to bring you.
The more you tell that dream life story,
The more the universe feels how you feel and must match that feeling with experiences that feel the same.
Yeah,
Tell that story so much it begins to repeat itself in your reality.
Big hugs,
Marianne.
