Welcome to this guided meditation.

Being at peace with where I am.

This is your guide,

Marianne Pack,

Spiritual medium,

Author,

And joy advocate.

The purpose of this guided meditation is to align with the vibration of love and joy.

Gently close your eyes and get comfortable and settle into a seated position or lying down.

Begin with a few deep breaths to summon life force through you.

Relax and begin to melt into your position.

Continue breathing deeply as you scan your body for any lingering tension that needs to be released.

Relax and release.

As I pause after each affirmation,

Allow yourself to feel into each one with the intention to raise your vibration to joy.

Let's begin.

I am enough.

I am where I am and that's perfect for now.

I am satisfied right here and eager for more.

Where I am is always for the joyful experience.

I am not impatient being here.

I am expectant.

No action is needed on my part until I receive the inspiration to act.

This time is for allowing Source to gather the cooperative components.

Source is caring for and tending to my desires.

All contrast is beneficial to help me clarify what I want.

Without contrast,

I could not ask for more.

I love this time to look within.

This is a blessing in my quiet time of meditation.

I have time to focus my energy on what I want and why.

In feeling good,

I allow all good things to come.

This is the best time to relax and trust myself,

Source,

Others,

And the process of life.

I can relax into joyous ease and flow.

I am the heart of the movement,

Even when it's not yet time to act.

Peacefulness is the state of non-resistance.

Making peace allows my desire to gestate and grow.

My peacefulness softens the way I look at where I am.

My peaceful emotional journey feels good as I anticipate things improving.

In my peace,

I don't have to explain anything to anyone.

As I enjoy my peacefulness,

The universe will yield my desires to me.

In my peace,

I find satisfaction.

In my peace,

I experience my wholeness,

Spirit,

Mind,

And body.

Being at peace with where I am allows the stream of well-being to flow through me.

Being at peace with where I am prepares my readiness for what is to come.

I am at peace with where I am.

As we close this time of meditation,

Be grateful that you have taken the time to align with who you really are as pure,

Positive energy.

Take three more deep breaths,

Thanking this energetic life force that is breathing you for its support and guidance,

Knowing that it is always there for you.

Life force is always as close as your next breath.

When you are ready,

You may wiggle your fingers and toes to signal to your body that you are returning to the present moment.

As you open your eyes,

Remember the feeling of pure,

Positive energy that supports you every moment.

Carry this potent energy with you throughout your day.

Go in peace.

Thank you for joining me for this meditation,

As always,

Reminding you that you are joy,

Looking for a way to express.
