Let's begin by rolling your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your wrists,
Your ankles.
Maybe you even want to give your body a twist.
Just connecting with your body,
Slowing down.
And when you feel ready,
You can come to stillness.
Making a choice if you'd like to have your palms facing up to receive energy,
Or your palms facing down to ground your energy.
And if you haven't yet,
You can close your eyes or gaze down,
Bringing your awareness to your breath,
Feeling as it enters and exits your nostrils,
Feeling your belly expand and contract,
And allowing yourself to be here now.
On your next in-breath,
I invite you to imagine yourself stepping away from the glow of a screen and standing on an open hilltop.
The breeze is moving gently around you.
The air is crisp,
Fresh,
Reminding you of the freedom that exists beyond the screens,
The technology,
Beyond the noise.
Feel the shift in energy.
Your mind slows,
Your breath deepens,
Your senses awaken.
As you breathe,
You feel yourself becoming lighter.
Notice what it feels like to be unburdened,
Untethered,
Fully present.
No notifications,
No distractions,
Just you and Mother Nature,
Fully alive in this moment.

I invite you to bring your hand to your heart.
I invite you to open your heart space and silently repeat to yourself,
I disconnect from technology to reconnect with my humanity.
Let this truth settle within you like the steady rhythm of the wind.
Taking one final deep breath in,

Your presence fully returned to you.
