Let us begin with a deep cleansing,
Delicious breath.
Breathe in and exhale.

Knowing that today is the perfect day and we begin our time together in relaxation,
Stillness,
And the quiet.
Allow yourself to go deeper and deeper and deeper.
What I know for sure is that when I am still,
I am a better person.
When I seek the stillness,
I allow myself to be fully me.
Let us begin today with that deep breathing and relaxation.

Your spine is straight.
Your focus clear and just breathe.

And opening up even deeper.

As you have gone deeper,
Bring your attention around.
Imagine where you are,
What you are doing,
The conversations you will have,
And know that the right and perfect outcome will be just for you.
Bring that into your stillness.
Now allow your attention to come around behind your eyes,
The seat that you are sitting on,
And bring yourself back to this awareness.
And take what you have received this morning as far into your day as possible,
And know that you are loved.
