Begin by slowly taking some deep breaths.
Wherever you are,
Whether you're seated or lying down,
Make sure that your feet are planted.
So if you're sitting,
Keep your feet planted on the ground and if you're laying down,
Bend your knees.
Close your eyes and take a few gentle breaths,
Just coming into your home,
Into your safe center.
As you do this,
Allow your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your forehead,
Your eyes,
The back of your eyes,
All to soften.
Locate the base of your spine and begin to imagine a grounding cord that is dropping down from the base of your spine all the way down,
Down into the deep core earth.
So noticing and seeing this grounding cord drop down and find an anchor.
As you do this,
Take a few deep exhales and just imagine that you are grounded and protected and nourished by the earth.
Now bring your attention in the general area of the headache or migraine and notice the tension,
The throbbing without judgment.
Imagine and visualize this as a block of energy.
And as you breathe,
We're going to allow this energy to move downward on your exhale.
And as you breathe,
It's moving down from your head,
Down your neck,
Down your shoulders and arms,
Through your hands.
Also down your back,
Pelvis,
Legs,
And all the way down through your feet and into the earth.
And let your breath really sync up to the rhythm of this visualization of every time you breathe out,
This cluster of energy is moving and releasing down.
As your breath deepens,
So does this movement,
Allowing this cluster of energy to move out of your hands,
Out of your feet,
Down,
Down into the earth,
So that it will be transmuted.
Breathing out,
Let your breath drop down deeper,
Just allowing it to help aid this downward movement.
Continue to do this for as many rounds as you'd like,
Pausing this meditation if you need to.
And wherever you are right now,
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
There is no judgment.
If you're not feeling any relief,
It's okay.
Bringing your hands to your heart,
And just allowing yourself to be right here.
Give yourself compassion for whatever experience you're having.
Continuing to take a few more breaths,
Noticing any differences or sensations.
Now just imagining a white,
Golden light bathing you with a beautiful cleanse.
And allowing this light to just bring a sense of calm and peace.
Filling in those areas that need to be filled back up with so much love,
Calmness,
And peace.
This is the completion of this migraine relief meditation.

Stretch,
