Good morning.

What a glorious day today can bring.

I'd like to start with some new things.

I'm going to be in the body and find what it needs today.

So I'm glad I made it to.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

While you're feeling your breath in your body,

Just be aware of where your body is at.

Is it laying down or sitting or standing?

Let's take another deep breath in and out if you can sigh it out.

And let's start by finding a spot in your body where the sun is shining.

It might already be there or maybe you need a minute to feel whether it's in your feet,

Your heart,

Your hips,

Your throat.

It's shining in your body.

Inviting you to slowly start moving really small with that sun.

And finding what movement does it want to do,

What movement does your body want to make this morning?

And inviting you to keep breathing.

And know that the breath is your anchor,

You're being held from this space by my voice,

By the ocean waves,

By the sun shining in your body.

And from that holding,

Finding where does your body want to move?

Maybe it's a small sway and we're rounding with that.

Slow or fast.

It can be any movement.

Keep breathing.

Keep it small for now.

If that's what you feel,

If you're already growing in your movement,

That's totally fine.

Just keep it small.

Small and connected.

And I'm wondering whether your sun has a color,

Is it a yellowy orange color or maybe it's a sunset or sunrise color.

What color does the sun have in your body?

And then I'm inviting you to slowly start spreading that into all the other parts of your body.

So wherever it started,

See if you can make it grow,

Make it bigger,

Have a play.

Grow into your whole body,

Your color,

Your movement.

Let the sun fill you up completely.

If it's small,

You grow bigger in your movement.

Let's see if you can keep growing while I'll just let the waves do the talking for a minute.

And you can just explore that bigger movement,

That growing movement and your body filling up with the sun and the color that's there.

Okay.

And as you're growing and filling up your body and making all your limbs move,

You're going to see if we can bring it back in and slow down the movement in your own time.

I'm going to fast please stop this recording and take more time.

I'm inviting you to bring it back in.

Back to the spot where it began.

Maybe it changed.

Maybe the sun is shining in a different spot in your body now.

So sink in that spot.

And also giving you permission to do it differently than what I'm suggesting.

Maybe your body responds in a different way and let it.

No movement is wrong.

Just don't hurt yourself.

Be careful in the space that you're moving.

Just bring it in.

Back into the part where the body is.

The sun is shining in your body.

Just keep on moving it softly,

Slowly,

Gently,

Small.

Bringing it right back in.

Maybe it comes to stillness and maybe it doesn't.

Let's see if we can use this today as an anchor.

Anchor in our body to keep us grounded in the day.

Even if outside is going wild,

Like these waves are a little.

Just keep feeling your groundedness,

Your anchor.

And know that you can always move this part,

Any other part of your body during the day just to bring you back.

Back connected with yourself,

With the sun,

With that color that might have come up for you.

Let's take three deep breaths.

Inviting you to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Let's breathe in and out.

Let's do that two more times.

Breathing in and out.

And our final one together.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing out.

I wish you a glorious day in which the sun may shine,

Whether that's the outside or on the inside or both.

And I hope to see you again soon.

Bye
