22. Opinion: To Form A View Not Verified By Facts

This card invites us to understand what it means to form a view that cannot be verified by facts.

It's vital to be conscious of your opinions,

These are not to be confused with academic advice and the very manner in which they are formed.

How have you arrived at your conclusions?

Are you genuinely using your intuition,

That inner knowing,

Or are your views primarily based on hearsay,

On what you've simply heard from others?

Consider the impact of your opinions,

Do they tend to uplift others or perhaps deflate them?

It's important to realise that your opinions do not even have to be spoken aloud to impact those around you,

They are received energetically even if unspoken.

In fact,

Words themselves are only a small fraction of our communication.

Research suggests only 7% is verbal,

38% is vocal like pitch and rhythm and a significant 55% is conveyed through body movement,

Mostly facial expressions.

So the next time someone says what to you when you haven't said a word,

It's highly likely they are feeling your thoughts or reading your body language and if you deny that they have read you,

You're not only invalidating their intuition but you're also missing a valuable opportunity to explore your own thoughts and emotions in that moment.

Now let's move into a powerful exercise from this card to align your energetic impact with your intentions.

I invite you to make a conscious intention to be consistently positive in your attitude and disposition today.

Actively choose to uplift those around you with your thoughts,

Your words and your actions.

Throughout your day,

Observe what happens when you consciously project this positive and uplifting energy.
