You can allow this meditation to serve you when you find you need a boost of energy,
When you find you'd like to connect with your inspiration,
Your intention to move your day forward intentionally.
Wherever you are,
Whether seated or lying down,
Allow yourself to be comfortable.
Allow your eyes to close when you're ready.
You can take a deep breath in through your nose and out,
Allowing your body to release.
Before we begin the meditation,
You can connect with what inspires you.
Drawing in your inspiration for this practice,
Inspiration that gives you your greatest joy,
Your greatest love,
Connecting that with your practice today.
Noticing how it feels when you connect with what inspires you,
And bring your awareness easily back to your body,
And allow yourself to visualize and feel your connection to the earth.
Visualizing your connection to the earth.
You can imagine a sense of groundedness,
Stability,
Security,
Connecting to earth's energy,
That which is pure,
Energizing,
And peaceful.
Using our breath,
We'll visualize drawing in earth's energy through the entire body,
Allowing our body to fill with earth's pure energy.
On your next breath in,
Breathing in,
Visualizing earth's grounding energy drawing up through your body and filling up every area,
Every pocket,
Through to the top of the head.
And exhale,
Releasing out,
Allowing everything to go,
Letting it all go back down to the core of the earth.
Breathing in,
Inviting earth's pure,
Energizing energy into your body,
Filling up every area through to the top of your head.
And exhale,
Letting everything go,
Releasing what's not serving you in this moment,
Anything that comes down to the earth.
Last breath,
Breathing in earth's grounding energy.
Notice how it feels to invite this energy into your entire body and hold.
Exhale,
Allowing what's not serving you to release out of your body into the earth.
And continue breathing.
As you breathe,
You can invite an affirmation along with the cadence of the breath.

Noticing how it feels to let it all go.
As you're grounding your connection to the earth,
Your body filled with earth's pure energy,
Now you can visualize drawing your awareness to your heart,
Your heart center.

Expanding the heart with every breath.

Inviting compassion into the world,
The space that you're in.
Breathing in through the back of the heart,
Filling your heart.
Exhale,
Gifting it out,
Letting it go.

Breathing in,
Expanding your heart through the ribs.
Exhale,
Sending it outward into the space around you,
Into those who you love,
Those who inspire you.
Allow yourself to settle in on your intention.
