In this meditation,
We will be focusing on our inner guidance.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
For this meditation you can sit down,
Or lay down.
Make yourself comfortable,
So we can get started.
The breathing process is important for every meditation.
You don't need any music.
You have your guidance that takes you within,
That takes you within yourself.
So let's do this together.
I want you to focus,
Focus with your mind on your breathing.
How the air that you inhale comes through the nose,
Goes to the lungs,
And further down.
And with the exhale,
You follow the same path,
And let everything go.
Focus,
Focus on your own breathing.
Inhale,
Exhale,
And inhale.
It's important that you find your own natural breathing process.
Inhale,
And exhale.
Your attention is on the breathing,
And exhale.
With every inhale you take,
You feel more at ease and calm.
The same with the exhale.
Every inhale and exhale brings you to yourself.
You forget everything what happened during the day,
Or any worries you might have.
It is now time,
Time to listen,
Listen to yourself,
And just forget everything else.
Be aware of your body,
And if you feel any tension in your shoulders,
Just let it go.
It is now time,
Time to focus on yourself.
You made a decision to go within yourself.
It's like a sea,
With every breath you take,
You will be calm and quiet.
And if a thought arise in your mind,
Don't pay any attention to it,
It will go away.
Just focus,
Focus on your own breathing.
You hear the music,
You feel the energy,
You hear the music,
But you still focus on your own breathing.
Give yourself permission to relax,
And keep focusing on your breath.
We will do this together,
In silence,
And give yourself the permission to go within yourself,
And feel the love you have in yourself.
