Welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
Just taking a moment to check in with yourself.
How do I feel today?
Where is my mind at?
My thoughts?
Is there anything that is holding me down that is causing me to stress?
Making me upset?
And what about physically?
How do I feel in my body?
Is there any tension?
Anxiety?
Stress?
Injuries?
Tightness?
How does my body feel today?
And checking in with my energy.
Is it heavy?
Is it light?
Is it open?
We are now gonna call forth a higher power to assist us today in this meditation to guide us,
To heal us,
To nurture us.
I want you to visualize a beautiful light blue light.
Shine down.
Cooling and soothing energy.
Calming,
Loving energy.
This light blue color surrounding you.
Amplifying your sense of relaxation.
Releasing any tension,
Any stress,
Any tightness around you and in your body.
Melting away all of that anxiety and fears and worries.
And feeling like you can finally take a deep breath.
All of that weight being washed off your shoulders.
Slowing down,
Quietening down,
Soothing and relaxing energy just surrounding you.
Amplifying the peace,
The quiet,
The stillness.
And now visualizing a white light shine down.
Inviting in clarity,
Purity.
Opening up your channels to be receptive.
Washing away any negativity.
Amplifying the sense of peace and clarity and purity and peace.
Relaxing.
Uplifting.
Just washing away all of that tension and stress.
Feeling like all of your muscles are just melting off of your bones.
That's how relaxed you feel right now.
You feel like you can expand your breath even further.
This energy is also cleansing and clearing the space that you're in.
Purifying the space.
Cleaning the air and the energies around you.
And now inviting this blue and white light into your body so when you breathe in,
It enters.
And just invited to find anything in you that needs cleansing and clearing.
Uplifting.
Washing away once again all of that tension,
That anxiety,
That stress.
Maybe channeling that light into your heart or certain parts of your body that need more peace and love.
Inviting the light into your nervous system.
Into your spine.
Wrapping itself around your spine.
Into your mind.
Clearing and cleansing and washing away all of that heaviness.
Those negative thoughts.
Those toxic thoughts.
Those repetitive thoughts.
And just reprogramming your mind to think clearly.
Loving thoughts.
Nurturing,
Loving,
Peaceful thoughts.
And just taking a little bit of time now to enjoy this energy as it moves in and around you.
Just continue to visualize this white and light blue light around you.
Feeling cleansed.
Feeling better.
And just noticing and taking mental notes of any thoughts,
Images,
Memories that came up during this meditation.
Bringing self-awareness and understanding that it's your subconscious just bringing up or maybe releasing some energies.
Not judging.
Not trying to do anything about it but just becoming self-aware.
And it's time to come back.
So thanking that light as the blue light returns and the white light returns to wherever they came from.
Feeling your breath once again and beginning to feel your body.
Maybe wiggling your toes and fingers.
Take your time and when it feels right come back and open your eyes.
