I'm the founder of Moon Meditation and your narrator for this guided meditation designed to help you harness control of your mind and regulate your body.

Let's get started.

Ensure you're in a comfortable position and initiate your control breath.

Your control breath is a conscious inhale and exhale through your nose.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Good,

Let's try that again.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Continue breathing consciously through your nose for the next minute.

Now that you've harnessed control,

Let's identify and set your control state.

I want you to think about your most ideal life.

Create a serene moment for yourself.

Think about what it means to be calm and relaxed.

Are you breathing fast-paced,

As if you're in a hurry?

Or are you calm,

Happy,

And breathing at a frequency and pace that is suitable to sustain that serene moment?

Before you awaken,

I want you to relax your breathing.

Just breathe as if you normally would through your day-to-day life.

Take a deep breath through your nose and slowly and with control,
