Now that temperatures have dropped and we're spending more time indoors, I've been thinking more about getting cozy. For today's meditation, we'll be practicing focused meditation to bring us into the present moment. I invite you to bring an object which represents coziness for you, perhaps a cup of tea or a warm blanket. You may also use your breath, hands, or feet as the object of your attention.
