This meditation is designed to support you in your cycle awareness practice, becoming aware of how you are in connection to your menstrual cycle or the lunar cycle. Join me for a moment to check in with how you are doing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually today. This is the short version of the cycle check-in meditation with background music. This practice is best used alongside a cycle chart.

Welcome cyclical beings.

This is a short version of the cycle check-in where you will be tuning in to where you are either in your menstrual cycle or in the lunar cycle today and connecting with the four energies of how you are doing physically,

Mentally,

Emotionally,

And spiritually.

When you are ready,

Coming into a comfortable position and closing your eyes as you attune to your inner landscape.

Here you are today.

What cycle day are you on?

Becoming aware of your breath,

The natural rhythm of your breath,

And allowing each inhale to be an invitation to illuminate what is happening within you.

And each exhale letting go of any distractions or energy that pulls you away from being present right here right now.

I invite you to become a witness to your physical body.

Gently scanning around your body,

Observing sensations you may be feeling.

Going from head to toe,

Toe to head,

Left to right,

Right to left,

Front to back,

Back to front.

What physical sensation is most present with you today?

What is your body telling you?

Then I invite you to take a deep inhale and as you exhale allow the awareness of your physical body to fade away as we journey into the mind.

Becoming aware in your headspace what you are thinking.

Again being the witness without judgment.

What thoughts are coming through in your mind right now?

Noticing if it is clear or foggy.

Noticing if there are an overwhelming number of thoughts or maybe there is just one or two ruminating thoughts.

And no need to change any of this just be the witness.

You are invited to describe your mind today.

What word would best describe your mental landscape?

I invite you to take another deep inhale and as you exhale letting the thoughts fade away into the distance as we drop down in to the emotional body.

Happing into your heart space what are you feeling?

What emotions are on the surface?

You can discover an emotion that is present for you today.

Digging a little deeper below the surface why are you feeling this way?

What needs are met or are not met resulting in this emotion?

Letting yourself feel whatever is present again with no judgment no need to change anything.

How are you feeling today?

And again taking a deep inhale and as you exhale allow your emotions and feelings to fade off into the distance as you become aware of your spirit.

How are you connected to spirit today?

What is the quality of your connection?

Coming to the core of who you are can you sense the energy there?

How are you connecting to the energy of the earth today?

How are you feeling connected to the cosmos or the other world today?

Maybe it is even difficult to articulate and understand all of it is okay just being a witness becoming aware.

And again I invite you to take a deep inhale and as you exhale allow the awareness of your connection to spirit fade away and on your next inhale integrating the physical,

The mental,

The emotional,

And the spiritual within you.

Weaving all four of these pieces of awareness that you have come to today to describe how you are doing at this point in your cycle.

You are welcome now to take your reflections and write them out in your cycle chart or in a journal and bringing gratitude for yourself for taking a moment to check in and build deeper awareness with yourself and with your cycle.

Sending you a blessings dear one as you go about the rest of your day in deeper connection with your cyclical energies.
