Hello and welcome to this meditation to help you move into your healthy feminine.
Grab a comfortable seat or lie down.
Begin to deepen your breathing,
Taking longer inhales and longer exhales.
And I want you to place one hand over your heart and one hand over your low belly,
The womb space.
And as you deepen your breathing,
I want you to focus on the connection between these two spaces.
Focus on the light,
The thin stream of light,
Gold light that connects your womb and your heart.
Breathing deeply,
Slowing down your breath,
Slowing down your heart,
Opening up your heart to your womb space.
I invite you to go inward and see the masculine part of you that has had to be there for safety,
For security,
For you to have a container.
You have a container.
This masculine part is the unhealthy part of you that is acting out of wounding or betrayal.
I want you to imagine that aspect as a person in front of you.
And as you breathe deeply into your belly,
Into your womb space from your heart,
I want you to go within.
Imagine this unhealed masculine aspect of yourself that it's not your fault.
There's no blame.
We do what we have to do to get by.
But now you're ready.
Now you're ready.
And I want you to see that person and begin to speak to it and say,
It's okay now.
I'm safe.
I'm safe to be healthy and feminine.
And I don't need you to protect me anymore.
I no longer need that hard shell that keeps a layer between me and the whole world.
I am safe and I'm able to use the power within my feminine and be able to flow.
I'm able to stand with all the perceived foibles and issues,
But just stand within my feminine heart,
Open womb space,
Open shoulders back with confidence.
Tell this masculine aspect that you're safe and that it's okay.
And you don't have to protect me like that anymore.
You may feel the urge to hug that part of you,
And that's good.
You may not.
And that's okay.
Whatever you feel the inclination to follow it,
That's your intuition.
That's your feminine.
Follow it.
Whatever you were called to do,
Trust that.
And after you're done giving this masculine aspect,
This wounded masculine aspect of you,
The love that you feel called to give,
I want you to step back and imagine that aspect of you sort of stepping aside,
Still a part of you and going to find a healthy way to be in balance within you.
But you no longer need that hard shell anymore.
So imagine it stepping beside you on your left or your right and allow it just to be there.
Breathing deep,
Remembering to see that thin gold light,
That thin gold string connecting your heart and your womb space.
Take another deep cleansing breath in through the nose and out through the mouth to purge anything that needs to be let go of.
And as we come to the end of this meditation,
I want you to thank your heart and your womb space for working together and beginning to form this beautiful symbiotic relationship within the feminine,
Within the healed and healthy feminine of who you are.
